Multicenter Study Observational Study
The efficacy and safety of triptorelin-therapy following conservative surgery for deep infiltrating endometriosis: A multicenter, prospective, non-interventional study in China.
Triptorelin is one of the most commonly used gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists and has been used in the treatment of deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE). This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of up to 24 weeks of triptorelin treatment after conservative surgery for DIE. This prospective, non-interventional study was performed in 18 tertiary hospitals in China. ⋯ Triptorelin after conservative surgery for DIE improved symptoms over 24 months of follow up. The recurrence rate of symptoms was low and triptorelin was generally well tolerated. Trial registration number: ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT01942369.

Septic shock is a life-threatening syndrome. Despite Western medicine guidelines being continually updated on septic shock, the disease still has a high mortality rate. Chinese herbal injections (CHIs) are injections made from effective components of traditional Chinese medicine, which have a potential therapeutic effect on septic shock and are recommended as the adjunctive treatment for septic shock in China. Although pairwise meta-analysis has been published for category-single CHIs about treatment effects of septic shock, there is no meta-analysis comparing more than 3 various types of CHIs used for septic shock. ⋯ This study will seek out the best-performed CHIs under various indicators for septic shock, providing supporting evidence for clinical selection of CHIs for septic shock.

Integrated neuromuscular training (INT) is a comprehensive and holistic training method. It combines general functional movement training with specialized strength, balance, speed, sensitivity, coordination, enhanced training or rapid telescopic compound training. From the existing research results, the mechanism of INT mainly lies in improving the proprioception of the human body and cognitive level to achieve the impact on the motor sensory system, so as to effectively prevent joint injury and promote the recovery after joint injury. ⋯ INPLASY2021120136.

The study aims to evaluate the characteristics, treatments, and incidence rates of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) and tenosynovitis in women with breast cancer, according to the hormone therapy used. We retrospectively reviewed women with breast cancer identified from the clinical data warehouse of the six hospitals in Korea, from January 2015 to August 2020. Among them, patients with CTS or tenosynovitis were reviewed in terms of disease status and treatments. ⋯ More than half of the CTS and tenosynovitis occurred within 12 months after hormone commencement. The incidence and disease characteristics of CTS and tenosynovitis differed among the groups depending on the type of hormone therapy received. Our findings will help clinicians understand clinical courses and treatments for CTS and tenosynovitis in breast cancer patients.

Hand-foot-mouth is a viral infectious disease characterized by fever, hand foot rash and oral mucosal herpes caused by a variety of enteroviruses. It is often found in preschool children, and its immune system is not well developed, so it is very susceptible to infection by pathogens and epidemics, resulting in rapid progress of the disease. At present, the commonly used Chinese patent medicine oral liquid in our country has good clinical efficacy of antiviral, antibacterial, antiphlogistic and improving immunity, but there is no evidence to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of a variety of oral liquid of Chinese patent medicine. Therefore, this study is aim to use the network meta-analysis to integrate the clinical relevant evidence of direct and indirect comparative relationship, and to conduct quantitative comprehensive statistical analysis and sequencing after the aggregation of different Chinese patent medicine oral liquid with the same evidence body, and then the best clinical medication scheme is selected, which can provide reference value and evidence-based theoretical evidence for clinical optimization of drug selection. ⋯ INPLASY202210032.
