Female breast cancer is the most common cancer nowadays, and its treatment has a significant impact on patients both physically and psychologically. Many randomized trials have proved that case management (CM) can effectively care for patients. However, there is a lack of systematic scientific evaluation, so this systematic evaluation aims to explore the impact of CM on breast cancer patients. ⋯ DOI:10.17605/OSF.IO/ZJKHX.

Observational Study
Identification of risk factors involved in recurrence after common bile duct stone removal with ERCP: A retrospective observational study.
Recurrent stone detection is common after endoscopic treatment of common bile duct stones (CBDS). This study aimed to identify the risk factors for recurrence of CBDS. We retrospectively evaluated 14 patients who underwent endoscopic treatment for CBDS. ⋯ According to the multivariate analyses, being older than 65 years (odds ratio [OR] 1.084, P = .000), concomitant heart disease (OR 2.528, P = .002), concomitant lung disease (OR 1.766, P = .035), a large common bile duct diameter (OR 1.347, P = .000), presence of cholelithiasis (OR 1.752, P = .018), stent (OR 1.794, P = .023), or T-tube placement in the common bile duct (OR 47.385, P = .000), and prolongation of the procedure (OR 1.037, P = .000) increased the risk of recurrence, while having undergone cholecystectomy due to gallstones (OR 1.645, P = .042). The mean stone diameter (P = .059), nitroglycerin use (P = .129), and periampullary diverticulum (P = .891) did not increase the risk of recurrent CBDS. The probability of multiple recurrences after the first recurrence of CBDS increased with age >65 years, concomitant heart/lung diseases, stent/T-tube placement in the common bile duct, a wide common bile duct (≥10 mm), and cholelithiasis.

Case Reports
Treatment of refractory MALT lymphoma by lenalidomide plus bendamustine: A case report.
Marginal zone B cell lymphoma of the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT lymphoma) has an indolent natural course and disseminates slowly. However, there is currently no consensus regarding the optimal treatment strategy for relapsed/refractory MALT lymphomas. Lenalidomide-bendamustine may be an effective regimen for such cases. ⋯ The lenalidomide-bendamustine scheme might be a potentially effective option for patients with refractory or relapsed MALT lymphoma.

Bronchial asthma (BA) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airway, which has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and difficult to cure. Glucocorticoid and bronchodilator are the primary treatment drugs for asthma. Although the treatment has made some progress, the control status is still not ideal. According to clinical reports, the Yi-qi Wen-yang Huo-xue method (YQWYHXM) of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is safe and effective in the treatment of BA, but there is not enough evidence to prove it. Based on it, we conducted this systematic evaluation. ⋯ A protocol for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials. PROSPERO 2021 CRD42021256791. Tranexamic acid has been increasingly used for blood conservation in cardiac surgery. However, the evidence supporting the routine use of tranexamic acid in Chinese pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery remains weak. This meta-analysis aimed to systematically review the efficacy of tranexamic acid when applying to Chinese pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery. ⋯ This meta-analysis demonstrates that tranexamic acid is highly effective in reducing the blood loss in Chinese pediatric cardiac surgery, but it behaves poorly when it comes to the transfusion requirement. To further confirm this, more well-designed and adequately-powered randomized trials are needed.
