At present, increasing reports have shown that latent transforming growth factor-β-binding protein 2 (LTBP2) was associated with the prognosis of many types of cancer. We performed rounded analysis to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the prognostic significance of LTBP2 for patients with malignant tumors. ⋯ The present analysis suggested that LTBP2 may have significant association with survival of patients with cancer. High LTBP2 expression was an independent prognostic factor and indicated poor survival.

Cardiogenic shock (CS) is the most serious complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with high mortality, and the conventional nursing mode can not meet the clinical needs. Studies have shown that integrated care model has advantages for critical and chronic diseases. However, there is no clinical study to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this nursing model on cardiogenic shock induced by acute myocardial infarction (CS-AMI). ⋯ This study will evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated nursing combined with vasopressin in the treatment of CS-AMI. The results of this study will provide a reference for selecting appropriate nursing programs for CS-AMI patients.

Observational Study
Effect of varicocelectomy on detailed sperm morphology parameters: An observational retrospective clinical cohort study.
Although many studies suggest that varicocelectomy leads to improvement in semen parameters and morphology, its clinical efficacy remains controversial. The detailed morphological parameters described in the World Health Organization guidelines are important in terms of showing the effect of microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy on morphological changes. An observational, retrospective clinical cohort study was conducted with patients followed up from January 2018 to August 2021. ⋯ In the detailed morphological evaluation, except for the elongated head anomaly (P = .037), no other statistically significant changes were found in relation to sperm head, tail, and neck anomalies after surgery. This study makes an important contribution to the literature, being the first to use the subinguinal microscopic varicocelectomy technique in detailed morphological semen evaluation. We consider that detailed morphology examination in the selection and treatment of infertile patients may be useful in evaluating the efficacy of varicocelectomy.

Klinefelter syndrome (KS) is a sex differentiation syndrome that occurs in men and is characterized by the 47XXY genotype. An association between KS and cancer has also been reported. The occurrence of seminoma of the prostate in KS has not been reported in the literature to date. Primary seminoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of prostate neoplasms in patients with KS. ⋯ Primary seminoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of neoplasms of the prostate in patients with KS. Transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate needle biopsy is essential for the diagnosis of prostate neoplasms, and cisplatin-based chemotherapy remains the primary treatment for seminoma.

Case Reports
Repeated intracerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy for a distal middle cerebral artery aneurysm: A case report.
Distal middle cerebral artery aneurysms are very rare in the clinic, and craniotomy clipping is the better treatment after diagnosis. However, patients can also have repeated acute intracerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy for aneurysm, which has not been previously reported. ⋯ Briefly, it is of great importance to consider the risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage, and provide individualized treatment and psychological counseling for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.
