Competitive college admissions and academic pressure have continuously increased the psychopathological burden of Korean high school students. Seeking help is one of the primary means of managing mental health, and more attention is required. This study aimed to explore the psychopathological and cognitive factors related to the help-seeking intentions of Korean high school students. ⋯ Students responded to society's negative awareness of mental illness by converting psychopathology into socially acceptable symptoms. Educational support can improve mental health literacy. This study is expected to help improve mental illness awareness and increase adolescents' access to public services.

The increased survival rate among very low birth weight infants has resulted in a higher risk for developing neuro-complications such as intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), periventricular leukomalacia (PVL), and adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes. ⋯ Refractory hypotension within a week of life and seizures were consistently associated with severe IVH and developmental delay at corrected 18-24 months. VLBWI who experienced refractory hypotension within a week of life may indicate a more vulnerable clinical setting with a higher risk for developmental delay.

Meta Analysis
An updated systematic review and meta-analysis of fecal microbiota transplantation for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) as a promising therapy for ulcerative colitis (UC) remains controversial. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the efficiency and safety of FMT as a treatment for UC. ⋯ FMT can achieve clinical remission and clinical response in patients with UC.

Randomized Controlled Trial
The short-term effect of different chlorhexidine forms versus povidone iodine mouth rinse in minimizing the oral SARS-CoV-2 viral load: An open label randomized controlled clinical trial study.
Several investigations evaluated the possibility of different types of mouth wash rinse in minimizing the SARS-CoV-2 load. However, results still controversial. The study aim is to assess the short-term efficiency of several over-the-counter mouth rinses and lozenges in minimizing the salivary viral load for SARS-CoV-2 in patients with confirmed COVID-19 in comparison to saline. ⋯ However, a significant decrease of salivary viral load in all four groups combined (P-value for E genes = .027, and for S genes = .006), and in PVP-I mouth rinse specifically (P = .003 and P = .045, respectively). Povidone iodine mouth rinse showed a potential influence on the reduction of the viral load on a short-term basis. However, longer-term studies of the effect of these products should be conducted.

Review Case Reports
A case report of IgG4-related respiratory disease with pleural effusion and a literature review.
IgG4-related respiratory disease (IgG4-RRD) is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the respiratory system and organs outside the respiratory system. This study explored the diagnosis and treatment of a case of IgG4-RRD with unilateral pleural effusion diagnosed using medical thoracoscopy, and provides an associated literature review. This report summarizes the clinical characteristics of IgG4-RRD involving the pleura to improve the diagnosis of this disease. ⋯ Pleural involvement in IgG4-RRD is rare, and its diagnosis depends on pleural biopsy. Thoracoscopy usually reveals pleural thickening, pleural nodules, and milky white plaques.
