While nursing homes increase, the number of registered nurses (RNs) working there continues to decline. This study explored the effects of resilience, burnout, and work-related physical distress on the work-life balance of RNs to improve retention rates. ⋯ Interventions to facilitate work-life balance among nursing home RNs must aim to increase resilience and reduce burnout and work-related physical pain. A healthy work-life balance should improve RN retention in nursing homes, boosting the safety and quality of life of residents in turn.

Capillary hemangioma in the spinal cord is an exceedingly rare entity that is liable to be misdiagnosed. To summarize the clinical presentation, radiological characteristics, and pathological features of capillary hemangioma in the spinal cord and to share our experience for the diagnosis and treatment of intradural extramedullary capillary hemangioma. ⋯ Intradural extramedullary capillary hemangioma has unique morphological characteristics. Gross-total resection of the extramedullary and intramedullary components of spinal cord capillary hemangioma is recommended for patients with symptoms of spinal cord compression. Careful preoperative imaging and intraoperative decision-making may help avoid residual lesions or reoperation.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) that develops during pregnancy results from pregnancy-induced hypertension, hemorrhage, and sepsis, associated with morbidity and mortality in the fetus and mother. This meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the incidence of pregnancy-related AKI (PR-AKI) and adverse clinical outcomes. ⋯ Although the incidence of PR-AKI is not high, this condition has a high impact on morbidity and mortality in both fetal and maternal outcomes. Early prevention and treatment from health care professionals are needed in PR-AKI, especially in the form of antenatal care and preeclampsia medication.

Review Case Reports
Successful pregnancy via in vitro fertilization in a primary infertile woman with primary lymphoma of the fallopian tube after surgery: A case report and literature review.
Primary extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphomas of the fallopian tube is extremely rare. It is a great challenge for fertility and gynecology doctors to manage such cases and also fulfil the reproductive demands of these young women. ⋯ More care should be taken when the newly diagnosed mass is combined with a rather high serum CA-125 level. Although endometriosis and ovarian cancer are more common, lymphoma cannot be ruled out.

Meta Analysis
Leisure-time physical activity and risk of depression: A dose-response meta-analysis of prospective cohort studies.
There has never been a dose-response meta-analysis of the relationship between physical activity and the risk of depression. Hence, we aimed to explore the dose-response relationship between leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) and the risk of depression through a meta-analysis to provide a basis for the prevention of depression. ⋯ There was a nonlinear relationship between LTPA and the risk of incident depression. Moderate and low doses of LTPA were protective factors in preventing the risk of incident depression, while high doses of LTPA may increase the risk of incident depression.
