Ovarian atypical endometriosis (AE) is a premalignant lesion, and its potential to progress to endometriosis-associated ovarian cancer emphasizes its significance. However, the true risk of malignancy in AE remains unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the clinical outcomes of ovarian AE after ovarian cystectomy. ⋯ However, no malignant transformations were observed. Ovarian AE has a low possibility of malignant transformation. Conservative treatment is recommended after appropriate ovarian cystectomy, such as enucleation.

Meta Analysis
Safety and efficacy of nivolumab compared with other regimens in patients with melanoma: A network meta-analysis.
Melanoma is a cancerous tumor that develops from melanocytes in the epidermal basal layer of the skin. It is a fatal skin cancer and the third most common kind of cutaneous tumor. We aim to evaluate the effect of nivolumab in melanoma patients compared with other regimens. ⋯ Nivolumab monotherapy yields high progression-free survival rates and has the same efficacy when combined with ipilimumab in a 1-year OS. However, after 2 and 3 years of follow-up, the combined regimen has more OS rates.

Analgesic efficacy of the superficial versus deep serratus plane blocks for mastectomy with axillary clearance: A randomized controlled trial.
The serratus plane block is an effective technique for providing analgesia to patients undergoing breast surgery. ⋯ Superficial serratus plane block provides better analgesic efficacy than deep serratus plane block in mastectomy and axillary clearance.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs in approximately two-thirds of all pregnancies. Around 25% of pregnant women experience heartburn daily. Symptomatic GERD usually presents in the first trimester and progresses throughout pregnancy. ⋯ Followed by histamine-2 receptor antagonist (Recommendation Grade B). Inadequate control while on histamine-2 receptor antagonist and antacid may mandate a step-up to proton pump inhibitors along with antacids as rescue medication for breakthrough GERD (Recommendation Grade C). This article presented the treatment recommendations for pregnant women with typical GERD, based on the best available evidence.

In the context of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, people have had to stay at home more and make fewer trips to the hospital. Furthermore, hospitals give priority to the treatment of COVID-19 patients. These factors are not conducive to the treatment of diabetic foot, and even increase the risk of amputation. Therefore, how to better treat patients with diabetic foot during the COVID-19 epidemic, prevent further aggravation of the disease and reduce the risk of amputation in patients with diabetic foot has become an urgent problem for doctors around the world. ⋯ Through this systematic review, we proposed a new protocol for the treatment of patients with diabetic foot in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It provided reference for the treatment of diabetic foot in the context of COVID-19 epidemic. However, the global applicability of the treatment protocol for diabetic foot in the context of COVID-19 epidemic proposed in this study needs further clinical testing.
