Meta Analysis
Efficacy and safety of different doses of baricitinib for rheumatoid arthritis: A Bayesian network meta-analysis.
To evaluate the comparative efficacy and safety of baricitinib with different dosages in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). ⋯ Baricitinib 8 mg combined with cDMARDs was suitable for short-term control of RA symptoms, and baricitinib 4 mg was more effective for treating RA over a longer period of time. But attention should be paid for the risk of baricitinib at 4 to 8 mg in clinical application due to the high incidence of AEs and infections.

This study is aiming to investigate the association between walking and depression, anxiety and stress among adults from Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This study was a cross-sectional investigation where data was collected via an online self-administered questionnaire. The questionnaire had 4 components that measured demographics of the sample, presence of depression, anxiety and stress, and walking history. ⋯ Upon stratifying the sample according to gender, marital status seems to have an association with depression, anxiety, and stress among females (P values < .05). Among males, only walking more than 3 days was associated with the reduction of anxiety (P value .005) and depression (P value .06). This study identified gender difference where walking was not associated with mental health among women but relatively associated among males.

Observational Study
Effectiveness of an integrative medicine approach to improve cognitive dysfunction and dementia: An observational study.
Despite the urgent need to control dementia, an effective treatment has yet to be developed. Along with the Korean government's policy of cooperation between conventional medicine (CM) and Korean medicine (KM), integrative medical services for dementia patients are being provided. This study aimed to compare the integrative medical clinic (IMC) for dementia used by Dongguk University Hospitals (DUH) with other service models and to review the characteristics and treatment outcomes of patients who had visited DUH over the past 5 years. ⋯ All 8 patients had mild cognitive impairment including 6 with amnestic, multidomain impairment. This study searched for a way to improve cognitive dysfunction and dementia using an integrative approach, and it shows promising results for mild cognitive impairment. However, more precisely designed follow-up studies are needed to address the present work's limitations of a retrospective study design and a small sample size.

Review Case Reports
Squamous cell carcinoma in mature cystic teratoma of the ovary induced by human papillomavirus 16 infection: A case report and literature review.
Mature cystic teratoma is the most common ovarian germ cell tumor. The malignant transformation of ovarian mature cystic teratoma (MCT) is very rare, but the prognosis is poor. We present a case of ovarian mature cystic teratoma with human papillomavirus infection and malignant transformation into ovarian squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The occurrence of this case may prove that high-risk human papillomavirus infection is a pathogenic factor inducing malignant transformation of mature cystic teratoma to SCC. ⋯ HR-HPV infection might be a causal factor for inducing malignant transformation of ovarian MCT to SCC, and the Jumping metastasis of lymph nodes may be the characteristic of SCC-MCT, but further verification is still needed.
