Investigating the efficacy and safety of noninvasive cerebellar stimulation in improving the balance and walking function of patients with stroke. ⋯ Noninvasive cerebellar stimulation improves balance and walking function of patients with stroke, but its effect on ADL is uncertain. Due to the methodological weaknesses in the included trials, more RCTs are needed to confirm our conclusions.

Effectiveness and safety of electroacupuncture and its cotreatment with electronic moxibustion in the treatment of patients with moderate benign prostatic hyperplasia using alpha blocker: An assessor-blinded, randomized, controlled pilot study.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is a disease that affects the quality of life by causing lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in men. Electroacupuncture (EA) and moxibustion therapy have been suggested as an adjunct therapy for improving LUTS in patients with BPH, but clinical studies evaluating the effectiveness of EA and its cotreatment with electronic moxibustion (EM) in patients who have been prescribed alpha blockers have yet to be reported. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of EA and EM. ⋯ EA and its cotreatment with EM might have a beneficial effect as an adjunct therapy in improving LUTS in patients with BPH. Large-scale randomized controlled trials are warranted to confirm the effectiveness and safety of EA and its cotreatment with EM.

Astragalus (Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim., Huangqi) is a Chinese herbal medicine, and according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Chinese medicinal preparations containing astragalus can be used clinically to treat radiation-induced lung injury (RILI). To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicinal preparations containing astragalus in the prevention and treatment of RILI by means of meta-analysis. ⋯ The traditional Chinese medicinal preparation containing astragalus can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of RILI, reduce the toxic side effects, and is safe to use in clinic.

Review Case Reports
Clinicopathological characteristics of patients with carotid body tumor with cervical lymph node metastasis: A retrospective study of 10 cases and review of the literature.
Carotid body tumor (CBT), also known as carotid body chemoreceptor tumor or nonchromaffin paraganglioma, originates from the chemoreceptor behind the common carotid artery bifurcation in the carotid sheath. Most CBTs are benign. Malignant CBT (MCBT) is extremely rare, and cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM) is usually regarded as a manifestation of malignant behavior. ⋯ The combination of certain immunohistochemical indicators (S-100, Syn, and SDHB) might be valuable for predicting the occurrence of distant metastasis. Computer-aided 3D visualization technology might be helpful for the diagnosis and postoperative follow-up of MCBT. Simultaneous SND can remove potentially metastatic lymph nodes and facilitate diagnosis and treatment.

Meta Analysis
High expression of ANRIL correlated with the poor prognosis in patients with cancer: A meta-analysis.
ANRIL, also called CDKN2B antisense RNA 1, is an important genetic susceptibility locus for cardiovascular diseases and associated with numerous pathologies, including several human cancers. ⋯ This meta-analysis demonstrated that ANRIL may be a valuable biomarker for predicting poor prognosis in cancer patients.
