To diagnose and treat patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dual heart care mode and analyze the treatment effect. Three hundred cases meeting the inclusion criteria were equally divided into 3 groups, each containing 50 male and female cases. The patients in experimental group 1 took the dual heart nursing method proposed by the subject; experimental group 2 received betastatins; control group received conventional treatment. ⋯ The anxiety and depression scores of experimental group 1 were the lowest among the 3 groups, with the values of 59.62 ± 7.925 and 58.64 ± 6.416; The total patients who responded effectively to treatment in experimental group 1 accounted for 83%, and the patients who responded effectively to treatment rate was the highest in the 3 groups; The effect of decreasing the score of complications in experimental group 1 was also the most obvious, from 9.07 ± 4.28 to 3.14 ± 2.07, which was the best in the 3 groups; the self-evaluation of patients in experimental group 1 was the highest among the 3 groups, 89.72 ± 4.28. The proposed dual heart care and treatment method can effectively treat coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, and can effectively improve the clinical performance and self-acceptance of patients. It can effectively restore the anxiety and depression of patients after treatment, and then improve patients' life quality, which has the value of popularization and use.

Disulfidptosis has been reported as a novel cell death process, suggesting a therapeutic strategy for cancer treatment. Herein, we constructed a multiomics data analysis to reveal the effects of disulfidptosis in tumors. Data for 33 kinds of tumors were downloaded from UCSC Xene, and disulfidptosis-related genes (DRGs) were selected from a previous study. ⋯ The tumor immune microenvironment showed commonality among tumors based on immune infiltration and single-cell sequencing, and the analysis of tumor mutation burden, stemness and microsatellite instability showed a mostly positive correlation with DRGs. Moreover, referring to the prediction about clinical treatment, most DRGs can enhance sensitivity to chemotherapeutic agents but decrease the response to immune inhibitors with increasing expression. In this study, a primarily synthetic landscape of disulfidptosis in tumors was established and provided guidance for further exploration and investigation.

Stem cell factor (SCF) is implicated in cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis. SCF in follicular fluid (FF) and granulosa cells (GCs) plays a key role in oocyte maturation and clinical pregnancy; however, the exact mechanism is unclear. We aimed to investigate SCF potential in predicting oocyte maturity and clinical pregnancy. ⋯ Immunofluorescence analysis showed that SCF expression was higher in the clinical pregnancy and high-MII -oocyte proportion groups. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that combined SCF and serum anti-Müllerian hormone levels could predict oocyte maturity and clinical pregnancy better than either of these factors alone. SCF concentration in GCs and FF can serve as a predictor of oocyte maturity and clinical pregnancy.

To investigate the correlation between serum thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels and glycolipid metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). From January 2021 to November 2022, 105 patients with PCOS were selected for this retrospective study. All patients were administered drug-induced ovulation treatment and were divided into 2 groups according to ovulation status. ⋯ Serum ALB, PA, and TF the non-ovulation group were significantly higher than those in the ovulation group (P < .05). Correlation analysis showed that TSH was negatively correlated with weight, BMI, waistline, hipline, waist-hip ratio, FPG, ALB, PA, and TF in the non-ovulation group (P < .05) and had no significant correlation with TC and TG (P > .05). Our findings demonstrate TSH levels may be associated with weight, BMI, waistline, hipline, waist-hip ratio, FPG, ALB, PA, and TF in patients with PCOS.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) is one of the most common metabolic diseases and is often associated with cervical radiculoplexus neuropathies. Magnetic resonance imaging is the modality of choice for evaluating the brachial plexus, however, the use of ultrasound for its evaluation has increased and has been shown to be an additional reliable method. We aimed to compare the cross-sectional areas of the C5, C6, and C7 nerve roots of the brachial plexus, at the interscalene groove, in asymptomatic patients with T2D to that of an asymptomatic control cohort without T2D. ⋯ The cross-sectional areas of C6 and C7 were significantly smaller in the T2D cohort. Additionally, HbA1c, and FBG levels as well as the duration of T2D were negatively correlated with the C5, C6, and C7 cross-sectional areas. Our study demonstrated smaller brachial plexus nerve root cross-sectional areas in asymptomatic patients with T2D which negatively correlated with HbA1c, and FBG levels as well as the duration of T2D.
