To determine current research objectives and predict future trends in studies on the relationship between genetics and major depressive disorder (MDD). We collected the publications in the last 20 years (2003-2023) related to genetics and MDD in the Web of Science database, and applied Citespace to assess the knowledge mapping. The number of manuscripts about genetics and MDD totaled 9200, with a faster increase after 2013. ⋯ Based on a 20-year scientometric investigation, we know the USA, China, and Germany have emerged as the important research forces in this discipline. The strongest collaborations between developed countries and renowned institutions are beneficial to the advancement of genetic and MDD research. Serotonin is the strongest citation bursts keyword.

Review Case Reports
Primary adenomatoid tumor of the adrenal gland: A case report and literature review.
Adenomatoid tumors are rare benign tumors, mainly involving the reproductive tract, such as the epididymis in men and the uterus and fallopian tubes in women. However, a few cases can occur outside the reproductive tract. Herein, we report a rare case of a primary adenomatoid tumor of the adrenal gland. ⋯ Preventing misdiagnosis adenomatoid tumors with other types of adrenal gland tumors or metastatic tumors is imperative. Morphological and immunohistochemical features can help diagnose primary adenomatoid tumors of the adrenal gland.

Bones are the most common site of prostate cancer metastasis. Other common sites of metastases include the distant lymph nodes, liver, thorax, brain, and digestive system. However, cutaneous metastases from prostate cancer are extremely rare. ⋯ Cutaneous metastasis, especially scalp metastasis from prostate cancer, is extremely rare. If there is a rash or nodule on the skin, it is necessary to evaluate it carefully and to confirm it through a biopsy.

Liver transplantation for advanced-stage primary hepatic yolk sac tumor: A case report and literature review.
Primary hepatic yolk sac tumors (YSTs) are rare in adults. Liver resection is an acknowledged treatment modality for primary hepatic YST. Liver transplantation may offer a possible cure for unresectable cases. ⋯ This case suggests that multimodal therapy dominated by liver transplantation, including preoperative TACE, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, and TRK inhibitors, is an effective treatment modality for unresectable primary hepatic YST.

The prognostic value of Forkhead box P3 regulatory T cells in biliary tract cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
This study aimed to explore the value of tumor-infiltrating Forkhead box P3(FoxP3+) regulatory T cells (Tregs) in evaluating the prognosis of biliary tract cancer. ⋯ Our meta-analysis reveals that high infiltration of FoxP3 + Tregs is significantly associated with reduced overall survival in gallbladder carcinoma, endorsing their use as a prognostic biomarker for this subtype. In contrast, no significant prognostic correlation was identified for FoxP3+ Tregs in cholangiocarcinoma, indicating the need for subtype-specific evaluation of their prognostic relevance in biliary tract cancers.
