Meta Analysis
The prognostic value of Forkhead box P3 regulatory T cells in biliary tract cancer: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
This study aimed to explore the value of tumor-infiltrating Forkhead box P3(FoxP3+) regulatory T cells (Tregs) in evaluating the prognosis of biliary tract cancer. ⋯ Our meta-analysis reveals that high infiltration of FoxP3 + Tregs is significantly associated with reduced overall survival in gallbladder carcinoma, endorsing their use as a prognostic biomarker for this subtype. In contrast, no significant prognostic correlation was identified for FoxP3+ Tregs in cholangiocarcinoma, indicating the need for subtype-specific evaluation of their prognostic relevance in biliary tract cancers.

Surgical management of endometriosis can be carried out with the traditional standard laparoscopic technique or the robotic surgery technique; however, it is not clear if there is a significant difference between techniques. This meta-analysis aims to evaluate and compare the impact of robotic and standard laparoscopic techniques in endometriosis regarding the clinical outcome. ⋯ Both robotic and standard laparoscopic techniques have similar outcomes regarding blood loss, rehospitalization, conversion rate, and rate of complication. However, the substantial difference between techniques was in favor of standard laparoscopic surgery regarding operation and hospitalization time.

Multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis and management of fever of unknown origin: A case report.
Fever of unknown origin (FUO) poses a diagnostic challenge, often requiring a systematic evaluation to uncover its elusive cause. This case study delves into the presentation of a 42-year-old Chinese male with persistent fever, muscle pain, and a perplexing rash. ⋯ FUO cases often demand a multidisciplinary approach, considering rare and uncommon diseases. This case underscores the importance of thorough evaluation, collaboration between specialties, and vigilant monitoring of treatment responses. The patient's unique presentation emphasizes the need to consider drug-induced reactions, even when symptoms deviate from typical disease patterns, highlighting the complexities in diagnosing and managing FUO.

In modern society, demanding and stressful events contribute to increased fatigue in adults. Moreover, fatigue is the most prevalent symptom of long coronavirus disease 2019. Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness that can be attributed to various causes. ⋯ The variables that had the most significant impact on overall fatigue were alcohol consumption, the number of chronic illnesses, depression, and GHQ-12, in that order. This emphasizes the importance of lifestyle improvement and dietary management in adults for preventing chronic diseases and managing mental health. The results of this study should be considered when planning health services to provide fatigue interventions for Korean adults.

Why does such a cyst appear after unilateral biportal endoscopy surgery: A case report and literature review.
Unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) has been widely and skillfully used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and spinal canal stenosis. UBE surgery also brings some complications, such as dural tear, epidural hematoma, residual nucleus pulposus, etc. And we found a rare case of arachnoid cyst after UBE. ⋯ We believe that the postoperative hypertension and the lack of postoperative back muscle strength training and some personal factors are the possible reasons for the arachnoid cyst in this case.
