Perianal rhabdomyosarcoma in an adult: A case report and review of the literature.
Perianal/perineal rhabdomyosarcomas (PRMS) is rare, and the outcome is poor. A 29-year-old female presented with perineal rhabdomyosarcomas revealed metastases to inguinal lymph nodes on the bilateral side. Disease progression was discovered when the patient got adjuvant epirubicin, ifosfamide, and bevacizumab for 2 cycles. ⋯ The surgical resection was performed. The patient received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery and was weak after surgery, so he did not receive chemoradiotherapy. The patient succumbed after 11 months postoperatively due to widespread intraabdominal metastasis.

Renal abscess complicating acute pyelonephritis in children: Two cases report and literature review.
To describe the diagnostic and treatment approaches of renal abscesses complicated with acute pyelonephritis in children. ⋯ The clinical spectrum of renal abscess complicating acute pyelonephritis is vague, with no specific manifestations, and can be easily misdiagnosed. B-ultrasound and computed tomography enhancement are helpful in making a definite diagnosis. Moreover, the sensitivity of routine culture is low, and metagenomic next-generation sequencing might be helpful to detect pathogenic microorganisms and guided treatment. Early treatment with broad-spectrum antibiotics might have favorable outcomes.

Electronic visualized double-lumen endobronchial tube for situs inversus totalis: A case report and literature review.
Using an electronic visualized double-lumen endobronchial tube (E-visual DLT) allows for excellent surgical visualization during one-lung ventilation. Situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a rare autosomal recessive genetic condition wherein the bronchial and pulmonary lobar structures on the left and right sides of individuals are reversed compared to those of the general population. In the case of SIT, placing a left-sided E-visual DLT into the right bronchus might offer more advantageous one-lung ventilation. However, there have been no reported instances of using E-visual DLT single-lung ventilation anesthesia techniques for SIT. ⋯ Data and literature about SIT are scarce, necessitating thorough pre-planning and preparation.

The Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba herb-pair (RRH) are the most classic compatible drug pair for the treatment of hepatitis. However, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Therefore, network pharmacology and molecular docking were conducted to investigate the prospective therapeutic constituents, targets, and pharmacological mechanisms of RRH in the treatment of hepatitis. ⋯ Quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, and beta-sitosterol, which are the main bioactive components, were employed to bind the disease's hub targets, ensuring fulfillment of spatial and energy matching. The anti-hepatitis mechanism of RRH may be associated with several targets including RELA, AKT1, JUN, MAPK1, TP53, CCND1, MYC, NFKBIA, CDKN1A, and their respective signaling pathways. The main bioactive components in RRH, including quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, and beta-sitosterol, were used to bind the hub targets of the disease, which may provide insights into drug development for hepatitis.
