Case Reports
Acquired crizotinib-resistant pulmonary adenocarcinoma and subsequent primary gallbladder cancer: A case report.
Proto-oncogene-oriented targeted therapy has limited benefits in elderly patients with multiple primary tumors. ⋯ For diagnosing, precision bioinformatics analysis and repeat biopsy are equally valuable. For therapy, potential therapy such as p53 gene replacement therapy and CAR-T therapy need to be practiced for senescence-related conditions.

The relationship between transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF- β1) gene polymorphisms and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) has been reported in many studies, but there were still controversies with regard to their conclusions. ⋯ TGF-β1 T869C, C509T, G915C polymorphisms might not be associated with the development of SLE.

Case Reports
Patent foramen ovale-associated stroke repeatedly misdiagnosed as cerebral small vessel disease: A case report.
Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) is the most commonly used screening method for cardiac structural abnormalities. However, it may lead to a missed diagnosis of partial patent foramen ovale (PFO)-associated stroke. ⋯ TTE has a low detection rate of PFO, such that it is easily missed. Contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler is easy to operate and should be promoted as a supplementary measure to stroke etiological investigation and primary PFO screening.

To analyze existing literature and understand how to balance the minimization of bleeding risk and ensuring adequate anticoagulation during coronary intervention treatment and long-term postoperative anticoagulation in hemophilia patients during the perioperative period, in order to provide guidance for healthcare professionals in developing effective treatment plans. This narrative review will analyze existing studies, case reports, and clinical guidelines to determine the most effective strategies for managing acute coronary syndrome in hemophilia patients. ⋯ This article provides a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and recommends coagulation factor replacement therapy before anticoagulation and intervention treatment, as well as personalized anticoagulation treatment during the postoperative period for better management of hemophilia patients with acute coronary syndrome. These recommendations can help healthcare professionals develop more effective treatment plans for hemophilia patients.
