There have been nearly 200 thousand meta-analysis articles indexed by web of science (WoS) since 2013. To date, a bibliometric analysis of leading authors of meta-analyses that contribute to the field has not been conducted. Analyzing trend patterns in article citations and comparing individual research achievements (IRAs) are required following the extraction of meta-analysis articles. Using trend analysis, this study aims to verify the hypotheses that; The leading author has a dominant research achievement and; Recent articles that deserve worth reading can be identified. ⋯ A coword analysis of meta-analysis studies identified 3 leading authors. There was no evidence that 1 author possessed a dominant position due to the lower AAC (=0.49 < 0.50) for the leading author. As we have demonstrated in this study, the CJAL score and the AAC can be applied to many bibliographical studies in the future.

Review Case Reports
Idiopathic calcinosis cutis of the buttocks: A case report and review of the literature.
Calcinosis cutis is a rare skin disease, and idiopathic cases are rarely reported. It is characterized by the deposition of insoluble calcium salts in the skin, subcutaneous tissue, superficial muscles, and tendon sheaths. However, no abnormal changes were found in the bone. In this article, we introduce a case of idiopathic calcinosis cutis of the buttocks with a long course and large lesion area. ⋯ The incidence rate of cutaneous calcinosis is not clear. This patient had a large lesion area, long onset time, an invasion of the fat layer, and the onset site was located in the sacrococcygeal region. It is necessary to choose appropriate treatment methods.

Meta Analysis
Comparison the efficacy of amiodarone and lidocaine for cardiac arrest: A network meta-analysis.
There is no evidence that antiarrhythmic drugs can improve long-term survival or survival with favorable neurological outcomes in cardiac arrest patients. We did this network meta-analysis to comprehensively compare the efficacy of various antiarrhythmic drugs for cardiac arrest patients. ⋯ Amiodarone had the best effect on both survival to hospital admission, discharge and more favorable neurological outcome. Thus, amiodarone should be listed as first line drug for cardiac arrest. However, the quality of available evidence limits the formation of powerful conclusions regarding the comparative efficacy or safety of amiodarone or lidocaine used to treat cardiac arrest. Higher-quality randomized controlled trials are required for further research in future.

Currently, increasing attention is being paid to biomarkers in endometrial cancer. Immune infiltration of the tumor microenvironment has been shown to significantly affect the overall survival (OS) of uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) patients. LINC01589 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) that is rarely reported in cancer and is assumed to play a role in immune regulation. ⋯ In addition, 5 clusters of hub genes were detected by comparison of different expression levels of LINC01589 in the UCEC groups. The analysis of the reactome pathway using gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) revealed immune-related pathways, including CD22-mediated B cell receptor (BCR) regulation and antigen-activated BCRs, leading to the generation of second messengers and complement cascade pathways that were significantly enriched in the high LINC01589 expression group. Thus, LINC01589 may serve as a prognostic biomarker, as it is associated with immune infiltration in UCEC.

In this study, we investigated the effect of low-molecular-weight heparin combined with pneumatic pressure in preventing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section, as well as on the visual analog scale (VAS) score. 120 women who underwent cesarean sections at full term in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were included and divided into a control group (55 cases) and an observation group (65 cases) based on the different treatment methods: the control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin and the observation group was treated with pneumatic compression therapy based on the control group. The 2 groups were analyzed for thrombosis, clinical efficacy of the treatment methods, and VAS scores. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group (4.62% vs 21.82%, P < .05). ⋯ Hence, low-molecular-weight heparin combined with pneumatic pressure therapy significantly reduces the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section. It also improves the coagulation index and reduces post-operative pain. Therefore, it should be considered for use in clinical practice.
