Currently, theoretical studies on exosomes in respiratory diseases have received much attention from many scholars and have made remarkable progress, which has inestimable value and potential in future clinical and scientific research. Unfortunately, no scholar has yet addressed this field's bibliometric analysis and summary. We aim to comprehensively and profoundly study and explore the present situation and highlights of exosome research at the stage of respiratory diseases and to provide meaningful insights for the future development of this field. ⋯ The present research situation and relevant hotspots of the area were analyzed through bibliometric studies on exosomes in respiratory diseases. The research development in this field has a considerable upside, and the exosome's function in diagnosing, treating, monitoring, and prognosis of respiratory illnesses cannot be taken lightly. Moreover, we believe the research results will bring the gospel to many patients with clinical respiratory diseases shortly.

With the gradual development of immunotherapy for thyroid cancer, relevant research has increased. To better understand the current situation, development trend, evolution process, and research hotspots of this field, we conducted this comprehensive bibliometrics visual analysis. We retrieved papers published from 1980 to 2022 from Web of Science Core Collection on January 31, 2023. ⋯ The top keywords with high burst strength are: radioimmunotherapy (14.85), monoclonal antibody (13.78), non hodgkins lymphoma (12.54). The research field of immunotherapy for thyroid cancer will be further developed. This study provides a valuable reference for future research in the field.

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids when treating patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
To systematically assess the efficacy of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) when treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). ⋯ In PCOS patients, PUFAs can enhance reproductive endocrine, glucose, and lipid levels. However, additional research and extended follow-up are required to confirm this.

The effects of exenatide and insulin glargine treatments on bone turnover markers and bone mineral density in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) related bone fracture. The effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor analogs for the treatment of T2DM on bone are controversial in human studies. This study aimed to compare the effects of GLP-1 receptor analogs exenatide and insulin glargine treatment on bone turnover marker levels and bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal female patients with T2DM. ⋯ OPG, RANK, RANKL levels did not change with insulin glargine treatment. No statistically significant difference was found between the pre- and posttreatment BMD, alkaline phosphatase, bone-specific alkaline phosphatase, and type 1 crosslinked N-telopeptide levels in both treatment arms. Despite significant weight loss with exenatide treatment, BMD did not decrease, OPG increased, and the resorption markers of RANK and RANKL decreased, which may reflect early antiresorptive effects of exenatide via the OPG/RANK/RANKL pathway.

Effect of a religious coping intervention of rational emotive behavior therapy on mental health of adult learners with type II diabetes.
Some previous studies have highlighted the high rate of mental health problems associated with type II diabetes (T2DM). The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a religious coping intervention of rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) on the mental health of adult learners with T2DM. ⋯ In this study, it has been demonstrated that a religious coping intervention of REBT effectively improves the mental health of adult learners with T2DM. The study concludes that the religious coping intervention of REBT is a practical alternative medicine approach to enhancing the mental health of adult learners with T2DM.
