Review Case Reports
A CARE-compliant article: A case report of retroperitoneal endometrial stromal sarcoma with multiple pulmonary metastases and literature review.
Endometrial stromal sarcoma is an extremely rare mesenchymal neoplasm occurring in the extrauterine. Retroperitoneal endometrial stromal sarcoma with multiple pulmonary metastases, in particular, is extremely rare. ⋯ The identification and management of this disease remain a significant challenge due to its low prevalence. Further research involving a larger number of cases is necessary to ensure consistency in diagnosis and to establish effective treatment guidelines.

Review Case Reports
Clinical evolution of bladder carcinosarcoma: A case report and literature review.
Bladder carcinosarcoma (BC) is a malignant tumor composed of a mixture of malignant epithelial and stromal components. Carcinosarcoma mostly occurs in the upper respiratory tract and upper gastrointestinal tract and is less common in the urinary system. The incidence of malignant tumors of the urinary system is <3%. It rarely occurs in the bladder and accounts for approximately 0.31% of all malignant bladder tumors. A literature review and this report will help to further improve our understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of bladder carcinosarcoma (BC). ⋯ Radical bladder resection is recommended once a BC is diagnosed. By reporting the cases and reviewing the literature in the database, we will summarize the epidemiology, origin, etiology, clinical features, existing treatments, and prognostic factors of BC, and propose new prospects for BC therapy.

Randomized Controlled Trial
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the benefits of a standardized Nigella sativa oil containing 5% thymoquinone in reducing the symptoms of seasonal allergy.
Allergic rhinitis (AR) or seasonal allergy characterized by sneezing, nasal congestion, nasal itching, and nasal discharge, triggered by immune reactions to environmental allergens. Present day customers also monitor the personal improvements in the area of Evidence-Based natural medicines/supplements. ⋯ The result of the study demonstrates that NSO 250 mg with 2.5 mg piperine is an effective and well-tolerated supplement for the management of AR symptoms.

Randomized Controlled Trial
Evaluating the efficacy of cognitive restructuring and exposure therapies on secondary school chemistry students' test anxiety: A randomized trial.
This study explored how cognitive restructuring (CR) and cognitive exposure therapy (CET) impacted test anxiety in chemistry students from Nsukka, Enugu State. Three research questions and hypotheses guided the investigation. ⋯ It was concluded that CR therapy is better than CET in the management of test anxiety among chemistry students. Based on these findings, it was recommended that cognitive behavioral therapists should be invited periodically to educate students on the negative effects of irrational thoughts on academic performance.

Effect of improving asymmetry through self-myofascial release in adolescent soccer player with hypomobility syndrome hip: A randomized controlled trial.
Hypomobility syndrome (HMS), or limited hip range of motion (ROM), is often reported in adolescents who train heavily. This study was aimed to investigate the impact of traditional static stretching (STR) and self-myofascial release (MFR) in adolescents with HMS hip. ⋯ Both STR and MFR had impact on hip mobility and hip self-assessment score. Furthermore, MFR had strength improvements in FLX, ABD, and ER. However, the improvements in MFR group regarding triples, crossover hops, and self-assessed sports were limited. Therefore, STR and MFR are effective in improving not only ROM but also muscle function asymmetry in HMS hip.
