Meta Analysis Comparative Study
Comparison of adalimumab with methotrexate for psoriasis: A meta-analysis of randomized controlled studies.
The efficacy of adalimumab versus methotrexate for psoriasis remained controversial. We conducted this systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the influence of adalimumab versus methotrexate on treatment efficacy for psoriasis patients. ⋯ Adalimumab was superior to methotrexate for the treatment of psoriasis.

Meta Analysis Comparative Study
A comparison of the clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty via direct anterior approach and posterior approach: A meta-analysis.
The approach of total hip arthroplasty (THA) has long been controversial, and many studies have compared different approaches. However, there is still a lack of consistent conclusions and comprehensive, systematic comparisons and evaluations. ⋯ Compared with the PA group, patients in the DAA group showed more ideal anatomical and imaging results, shorter hospital stay, and showing advantages in postoperative pain, but with a higher incidence of intraoperative complications.

Review Case Reports
A giant solitary fibrous tumor of the abdominal pelvic cavity: A case report and literature review.
Solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) is a rare mesenchymal tumor, especially the giant one from the abdominal pelvic cavity. We report on a rare case of a giant SFT of the abdominal pelvic cavity to review the existing literature in detail to improve the diagnosis and treatment of SFT. ⋯ The clinical symptoms and imaging features of giant abdominal pelvic cavity SFT are not typical. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult and has the potential for malignancy. Based on the results of the current study, there is no standard treatment strategy around the world and the therapeutic effect of radiation therapy and chemotherapy is relatively limited. Thus, complete surgical resection and close clinical follow-up are advocated.

Review Case Reports
A case of malignant gastric glomus tumor and literature review: A case report.
Malignant gastric glomus tumor (GGT) is an extremely rare malignant tumor of mesenchymal origin, it affects the patient's health and even threatens life. Malignant GGT with vascular invasion is even more rarely reported in the available literature without a prognostic study. So, in this case, we report a malignant GGT with vascular invasion and performed a 5-year postoperative follow-up. To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of malignant GGT with vascular invasion without recurrence 5 years after surgery. This provides examples and lessons for the treatment of malignant GGT with vascular invasion. ⋯ Malignant GGT can be asymptomatic. For malignant GGT without distant metastasis, despite the presence of vascular invasion, negative margin surgery can still be the standard surgical radical treatment.

Review Case Reports
A rare association of pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, and pituitary adenoma (3PA): A case report and literature review.
3P association (3PA) is a rare condition with co-occurrence of pituitary adenoma and pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma. There have been less than a hundred documented cases of 3PA, which can be sporadic or related to genetic mutations. The present case report describes the first Iranian patient with 3PA and a 90th case of 3PA in the available literature. ⋯ The number of cases diagnosed with 3PA worldwide is increasing. Using clinical and genetic assessments, we can timely diagnose and adequately monitor individuals with or at risk of 3PA.
