Cross-sectional study. ⋯ This algorithm demonstrates strong performance in the classification of ACDF plates from smartphone images and will be deployed as an accessible smartphone application for further evaluation, improvement, and eventual widespread use.Level of Evidence: 3.

A porcine cadaveric biomechanical study. ⋯ The Cable Anchor System presented in this study demonstrated a gradual ROM transition zone at the proximal end of a rigid pedicle screw construct similar to TPH and 2-level sublaminar tape semi-rigid junctional fixation constructs, while providing the benefit of preserving the posterior ligament complex.Level of Evidence: 5.

Retrospective review. ⋯ In patients with ASD undergoing selective lumbar fusion, shoulder balance did not change over the postoperative period. From a functional standpoint, shoulder balance demonstrated no correlation with HRQOL scores. In patients undergoing selective lumbar fusion for ASD, shoulder balance may not spontaneously correct over the postoperative period, but this may not be of functional consequence.Level of Evidence: 4.

Cross-sectional prospective study. ⋯ Level of Evidence: NA.

A cross-sectional study. ⋯ The prevalence of NeP was reported to be 46.0% in healthy middle-aged and elderly population suffering from NSP, where it was associated with poor HRQOL. Therefore, strategies aimed at alleviating NeP may contribute significantly to the improvement of QOL in middle-aged and elderly people with NSP.Level of Evidence: 2.
