68Ga-NOTA-Evans Blue TOF PET/MR Lymphoscintigraphy Evaluation of the Severity of Lower Limb Lymphedema.
This study was designed to investigate the role of Ga-NOTA-Evans Blue (NEB) time-of-flight (TOF) PET/MR in evaluating lower limb lymphedema by visual analysis and novel parameters. ⋯ Ga-NEB TOF PET/MR lymphoscintigraphy can provide anatomical and functional information of lymphatic vessels to guide surgery plans. SUVslv/dlv was well correlated with clinical lymphedema severity and might be potential in evaluating bilateral lower limb lymphedema.

Meta Analysis Comparative StudyComparing the Staging/Restaging Performance of 68Ga-Labeled Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen and 18F-Choline PET/CT in Prostate Cancer: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.
PET/CT using prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) and choline radiotracers is widely used for diagnosis of prostate cancer. However, the roles of and differences in diagnostic performance between these 2 radiotracers for prostate cancer are unclear. The aim of this study was to compare the staging and restaging performance of Ga-labeled PSMA and F-choline PET/CT imaging in prostate cancer. ⋯ For staging and restaging performance in patients with prostate cancer, there was no significant difference between Ga-PSMA PET/CT and F-choline PET/CT. Ga-PSMA PET/CT and F-choline PET/CT have demonstrated high diagnostic performance for accurate staging and restaging in patients with prostate cancer, and thus both should be considered for staging in this disease.

Case ReportsVolume Replacement Fluid Demarks Benign Insulinoma With 68Ga-DOTA-Exendin-4 PET/CT.
Insulinomas are often difficult to localize. We present a 47-year-old woman who had recurrent neuroglycopenic symptoms and positive Whipple triad for 28 months. ⋯ Subsequently, Ga-DOTA-exendin-4 PET/CT was repeated with the previous infusion of a colloidal volume replacement fluid (Gelofusine), known to reduce Ga-DOTA-exendin-4 accumulation in the kidneys. Consequently, the insulinoma was unmasked from the left kidney, allowing curative surgery.

Quality and Safety in Healthcare, Part XLVII: Resilience and Burnout.
The ability to come back from challenges such as the many factors predisposing to burnout is resilience. Individual strategies to prevent and recover from burnout can be learned and practiced. ⋯ Other approaches include building a support network, taking care of one's personal health, pursuing narrative medicine, engaging in reflection, emphasizing positive psychology approaches including learned optimism, encouraging a growth mindset, and volunteering. This article will focus on the topic of resilience as it is related to burnout, and subsequent articles will discuss some of the strategies for prevention and recovery in detail.

Differential Uptake of 68Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC (PSMA-11) in Low-Grade Versus High-Grade Gliomas in Treatment-Naive Patients.
Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is a type II membrane glycoprotein, which is not only overexpressed in prostate cancers but also in variety of solid tumors including glioblastoma multiforme. The aim of the present study was to demonstrate PSMA expression in gliomas using Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC(PSMA 11) PET/CT. ⋯ The results of this pilot study show that Ga-HBED-CC-PSMA PET/CT can be used to characterize the PSMA expression in gliomas, high-grade ones demonstrating higher SUVmax, MIB-1 PI tumor-to-background ratio than the low-grade ones. With these results as basis, certain patients may benefit from potential PSMA-targeted radionuclide therapy.
