Case ReportsLarge Paraesophageal Schwannoma With Intense Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen Expression on 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CT Mimicking Lymph Node Metastasis in a Patient With Prostate Cancer.
Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-PET/CT as an emerging modality in molecular imaging will lead to earlier detection and localization of relapse in prostate cancer but will undoubtedly also lead to false-positive findings, as it becomes clear that this new tracer is not as specific as its name would suggest. In this context, we present a case of a large PSMA-expressing schwannoma, a rare nerve sheath tumor mimicking paraesophageal lymph node metastasis in a patient with a history of prostate cancer and biochemical recurrence.

Predictive Value of FDG PET/CT Versus Bone Marrow Biopsy in Pediatric Lymphoma.
The aim of this study was to explore the positive predictive value and negative predictive value of FDG PET/CT. The prognostic impact of tumor burden of bone marrow infiltrates was diagnosed by FDG PET/CT at initial presentation. ⋯ FDG PET/CT has optimum negative predictive value compared with BMB in detection of bone marrow infiltrations in pediatric lymphoma with upstaging cases missed with BMB. Prognostic impact of BMI based on the 5-point scoring system reveals that the main influence is presence or absence of BMI rather than its tumor burden.

Case ReportsUncommon Imaging Findings of Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor: Report of a Rare Case With Both Omentum and Mesentery Involvement in the Abdominal Cavity.
The inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare stromal tumor with diverse imaging findings. The present study describes a case of contrast-enhanced CT and F-FDG PET/CT manifestations of an IMT with diffuse omental and mesenteric thickening and swelling in the entire abdominal cavity. It is extremely rare to observe such imaging features in the extrapulmonary IMT. Furthermore, this case emphasizes that F-FDG PET/CT holds the potential for demonstrating IMT lesion extent and correctly identifying appropriate sites for biopsy.

Combined 68Ga-NOTA-PRGD2 and 18F-FDG PET/CT Can Discriminate Uncommon Meningioma Mimicking High-Grade Glioma.
Uncommon pathological subtypes of meningioma may present with severe peritumoral brain edema and mimic high-grade glioma (HGG). In a prospective cohort study of Ga-NOTA-PRGD2 PET/CT to evaluate glioma, we occasionally observed that a combination of Ga-NOTA-PRGD2 and F-FDG was able to differentiate these 2 lesion types. ⋯ This study reveals a specific imaging pattern of uncommon meningioma mimicking HGG, in which Ga-NOTA-PRGD2 PET provided added value to F-FDG PET.

Case Reports68Ga-PSMA PET/MR-Positive, Histopathology-Proven Prostate Cancer in a Patient With Negative Multiparametric Prostate MRI.
Multiparametric MRI incorporating T2-weighted, diffusion-weighted, and dynamic contrast material-enhanced sequences is currently used for detection and localization of clinically important prostate cancer (PCa). The Ga-labeled PET tracer targeting the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA, Ga-PSMA-11) is a promising diagnostic approach for staging and restating PCa. ⋯ We report a case of a Ga-PSMA PET/MR-positive lesion of the peripheral zone in a 73-year-old man with a negative preceding multiparametric MRI. Radical prostatectomy and subsequent histopathologic examination confirmed a Gleason 4 + 4 PCa.
