Radiology Education Amid COVID-19 Pandemic and Possible Solutions.
Along with the rest of the world, the United States is inundated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The medical services in the country have been severely affected. ⋯ Herein, we delineate major difficulties faced by our radiology training program and mitigating countermeasures. The primary objective is to discuss the changes in our radiology training programs due to COVID-19 to allow for continued radiology education.

Comparative StudyIntravoxel Incoherent Motion Diffusion-Weighted Imaging of Lung Cancer: Comparison Between Turbo Spin-Echo and Echo-Planar Imaging.
The aim of the study was to compare intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) for evaluating lung cancer using single-shot turbo spin-echo (TSE) and single-shot echo-planar imaging (EPI) in a 3T MR system. ⋯ Lung DWI or IVIM using TSE could provide distortion-free images and improve the test-retest robustness of ADC and D as compared with EPI-DWI; however, it might exert a negative effect on perfusion parameter D*.

Case ReportsHigh-Resolution Computed Tomography Manifestations of 5 Pediatric Patients With 2019 Novel Coronavirus.
We present clinical and chest computed tomography (CT) features of 5 cases of pediatric patients with 2019 novel coronavirus. Two patients had fever and dry cough, whereas the rest of 3 patients were asymptomatic. ⋯ We note that up to 66.7% asymptomatic patients had pulmonary lesions, so the asymptomatic children with Wuhan contact are recommended to do a 2019 novel coronavirus real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction screening. Unlike adult patients, only a small amount of patients had multilobes affected, so we speculate that the pediatric patients generally have milder CT findings than adults.

Crohn's Disease Activity Quantified by Iodine Density Obtained From Dual-Energy Computed Tomography Enterography.
The objective of this study was to assess if bowel wall iodine density obtained from dual-source, dual-energy computed tomography enterography (DECTE) could be a biomarker of Crohn's disease activity. ⋯ Iodine density obtained from DECTE highlights regions of maximal activity within affected bowel segments. An iodine density of 2 mg/mL appears to be a threshold between normal bowel segments and those with active Crohn's disease. Iodine density measurement thresholds Imin of greater than 2.6 mg/mL, Iweighted of greater than 3.3 mg/mL, and Imax of greater than 4.7 mg/mL correlate with established clinical markers of disease activity, with Imin seemingly most useful in daily clinical practice.

Review Meta AnalysisThe Diagnostic Accuracy of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Restaging of Rectal Cancer After Preoperative Chemoradiotherapy: A Meta-Analysis and Systematic Review.
To evaluate the overall diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in restaging of rectal cancer after preoperative chemoradiotherapy based on qualified studies. ⋯ This study provides a systematic review and meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy studies of MRI for rectal cancer. The results indicate that MRI is a highly accurate diagnostic tool for rectal cancer T3-T4 staging and N staging but sensitivity and specificity are not high.
