[Gunshot bladder trauma: case report and literature review].
To report one case of gunshot bladder trauma and to review its diagnosis and treatment in the related literature. ⋯ Firearm bladder traumas are a rare entity. Surgical exploration and closure is mandatory. In haemodynamicaly stable patients, abdomen and pelvis CT and CT-cystography allow us to rule out associated injuries and to classify the bladder trauma type. Ureteral damage associated in 5-8,9%, diagnosed during surgical exploration. Broad-spectrum antibiotherapy in all patients.

Testicular dislocation is an uncommon injury after blunt scrotal trauma (with only 150 cases reported) that must be properly diagnosed and treat in order to avoid a testicular atrophy. We presented a case report of traumatic dislocation of right testicle after a motorcycle accident. This type of testicular injury should be included in the whole evaluation of every polytrauma patient and usually requires a surgical treatment. The aim of this report is to clarify some aspects of the management of such rare entity.

The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of radiation dose on biochemical control and morbidity in prostate cancer patients. ⋯ The present study confirms an independent benefit of high-dose (> 76 Gy) radiation therapy and long-term AAD in high-risk prostate cancerpatients.

We presented a case of inferior vena cava on the left side diagnosed by abdominal CT scan during the study of a renal cell carcinoma in the right side. This anomaly is very rare but it may suppose a more difficult approach to the nephrectomy.

Calyceal fistulas are common and difficult to treat after surgery of urinary collecting system. ⋯ This is a useful technique for the treatment of calyceal fistulas. This is the first time that N-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate is use in the treatment of a calyceal fistula.
