Data from literature shows that antigen tests are rapid and helpful tools for diagnosis of COVID-19. ⋯ The comparison data obtained in this study support that this method seems a proper approach for rapid screening of patients with high SARS-CoV-2 viral load; however, the rate of sensitivity is highly Ct-dependent.

Patients presenting with chest pain may or may not be experiencing a panic attack. Is chest pain caused by a panic attack or myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) syndrome? ⋯ Clinicians should pay attention to the patient's age, gender, number of attacks per week, HEART score, and which symptoms (palpitations, shortness of breath, and fear of death) are present in patients who meet the panic attack diagnostic criteria. Clinicians should be alert to the MINOCA syndrome in panic attack patients.

To evaluate the effect of pterygium surgery on intraocular lens (IOL) power and ocular biometric parameters and to evaluate the factors affecting these parameters. ⋯ Pterygium surgery causes a significant decrease in calculated IOL power obtained with all formulas. It becomes more pronounced with the increase in the size of the pterygium.

Hurling is a fast-paced contact sport that places players at risk of concussion. Given the consequences of repeated concussive impacts, it is imperative that concussion management guidelines are followed. ⋯ In Hurling, players suspected of having sustained a concussion are frequently subject to a brief assessment, and are rarely removed from play. Affirmative action is needed to ensure the consistent application of standardized concussion assessment across the Gaelic Games.

Mothers of children with motor disabilities face physical and emotional burdens. ⋯ This study has revealed that the physical activity levels of mothers of children with motor disabilities are low, and this is related to the gross motor function level of the children. The focus should be on increasing the physical activity levels of mothers of children with motor disabilities.
