Multicenter StudyA 52-week, open-label study of the efficacy and safety of ixekizumab, an anti-interleukin-17A monoclonal antibody, in patients with chronic plaque psoriasis.
Patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis demonstrated positive responses to ixekizumab, an anti-interleukin-17A monoclonal antibody, in a phase-II, randomized, placebo-controlled trial. ⋯ A high proportion of patients responded to ixekizumab therapy and maintained clinical responses over 1 year of treatment with no unexpected safety signals.

Comparative StudyComparative profile of cutaneous adverse events: BRAF/MEK inhibitor combination therapy versus BRAF monotherapy in melanoma.
BRAF inhibitor (BRAFi) and MEK inhibitor (MEKi) frequently cause cutaneous adverse events. ⋯ Combination regimen with BRAFi and MEKi shows fewer cutaneous adverse events and longer cutaneous adverse event-free interval compared with BRAFi monotherapy.

Safety and efficacy of brodalumab for psoriasis after 120 weeks of treatment.
Brodalumab (anti-interleukin-17-receptor antibody) was effective in treating moderate to severe psoriasis in a 12-week, dose-ranging, placebo-controlled trial. ⋯ Brodalumab demonstrated sustained clinical response and an acceptable safety profile through 120 weeks in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.
