Significance of non-type 1 anterior early repolarization in patients with inferolateral early repolarization syndrome.
The aim of this study was to investigate the significance of non-type 1 anterior early repolarization (NT1-AER) combined with inferolateral early repolarization syndrome (ERS). ⋯ Inferolateral ERS comprises heterogeneous ER subtypes with and without NT1-AER. Coexistence of NT1-AER was a key predictor of poor outcome in patients with ERS.

Clinical TrialComputed tomography angiography and myocardial computed tomography perfusion in patients with coronary stents: prospective intraindividual comparison with conventional coronary angiography.
This study sought to determine whether adding myocardial computed tomography perfusion (CTP) to computed tomography angiography (CTA) improves diagnostic performance for coronary stents. ⋯ Combined coronary CTA and myocardial CTP improves diagnosis of CAD and in-stent restenosis in patients with stents compared with CTA alone. (Coronary Artery Stent Evaluation With 320-Slice Computed Tomography-The CArS 320 Study [CARS-320]; NCT00967876).

Meta AnalysisOutcomes after complete versus incomplete revascularization of patients with multivessel coronary artery disease: a meta-analysis of 89,883 patients enrolled in randomized clinical trials and observational studies.
This study sought to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies comparing complete revascularization (CR) versus incomplete revascularization (IR) in patients with multivessel coronary artery disease. ⋯ CR is achieved more commonly with CABG than with PCI. Among patients with multivessel coronary artery disease, CR may be the optimal revascularization strategy.
