The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of radiographic findings of femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) in elite football players with a history of hip pain or groin injury who underwent radiographs. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.
-
The purpose of the study was to highlight our surgical technique of arthroscopic suture fixation for acute tibial eminence posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) avulsion fractures, clinical and radiographic outcomes, and complication rates. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.
-
The purpose of this study was to perform a retrospective case-control outcome analysis at a minimum 2-year follow-up using a validated hip arthroscopy outcome measure to determine whether arthritis or age is predictive of outcomes after hip arthroscopy for labral pathology. ⋯ Level III, case-control study.

Comparative Study
Comparison of 2 femoral tunnel locations in anatomic single-bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction: a biomechanical study.
To evaluate knee stability after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using 2 modern clinically relevant single-bundle constructs. ⋯ This study provides additional biomechanical evidence in support of anatomic single-bundle ACL reconstruction with tunnels positioned in the center of the femoral and tibial footprints.
-
To evaluate the physiological effects of hip arthroscopy using traction on venous blood flow, nerve conduction, soft-tissue injury, fibrinolysis, and patient pain. ⋯ Level IV, therapeutic case series.
