The present study retrospectively reviewed and evaluated the effectiveness of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) combined with assistant techniques and devices for the treatment of acute complicated Stanford type B aortic dissections involving aortic arch. ⋯ The results indicate that TEVAR combined with hybrid technique, chimney technique, and branched stent grafts is proven to be a technically feasible and effective treatment for acute complicated Stanford type B aortic dissection involving aortic arch in small cohort.
