Intraarticular nodular fasciitis is a rare lesion that has only recently been recognised. We present a case of intraarticular nodular fasciitis of the hip joint in a 25-year-old woman, who presented with a 9-month-history of right groin pain and a decreased range of right hip motion. ⋯ Complete resolution of symptoms and restoration of function was achieved, without recurrence 2 years after removal of the lesion. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of intraarticular nodular fasciitis of the hip, presenting a new indication for arthroscopic treatment.

Case ReportsA case of hypertrophic ischial tuberosity non-union treated by closed wedge osteotomy and plate and screws fixation.
We report a case of a 21-year-old male with massive hypertrophic ischial tuberosity non-union. Among multiple other lesions, the patient suffered an open avulsion of the ischial tuberosity in a severe traffic accident in adolescence. A conservative treatment was decided for the avulsion. ⋯ Treatment is generally conservative and outcome good. Surgical therapy is only needed in cases with severe displacement. Long-term problems are seldom and surgical therapy to solve these problems is the exception.

Short and midterm results of reverse shoulder arthroplasty according to the preoperative etiology.
Reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) has shown promising results for cuff tear arthropathy but the indication has been extended to fracture sequelae and revision shoulder arthroplasty with different preconditions. Further, the clinical relevance of inferior scapular notching for different etiologies is uncertain. Our hypothesis was that preoperative etiology as well as the occurrence of scapular notching would significantly influence the clinical outcome. ⋯ Level IV, case series, treatment study.

Clinical and radiological follow-up of single-level Prestige LP cervical disc replacement.
To evaluate the clinical outcomes and radiographic results of patients who underwent single-level cervical arthroplasty using the Prestige LP. ⋯ The Prestige LP disc arthroplasty maintains favorable clinical outcomes, preserves the overall cervical alignment, FSU curvature, ROM of treated level and adjacent levels.
