Dynamic contrast-enhanced and diffusion-weighted MRI of invasive breast cancer for the prediction of sentinel lymph node status.
Although sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is the current standard for identifying lymph metastasis in breast cancer patients, there are complications of SLNB. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:615-626.

Multicenter StudyRadiomics nomogram based on MRI for predicting white matter hyperintensity progression in elderly adults.
White matter hyperintensity (WMH) is widely observed in aging brain and is associated with various diseases. A pragmatic and handy method in the clinic to assess and follow up white matter disease is strongly in need. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:535-546.

Automated deep learning method for whole-breast segmentation in diffusion-weighted breast MRI.
Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in MRI plays an increasingly important role in diagnostic applications and developing imaging biomarkers. Automated whole-breast segmentation is an important yet challenging step for quantitative breast imaging analysis. While methods have been developed on dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI, automatic whole-breast segmentation in breast DWI MRI is still underdeveloped. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:635-643.

Diurnal Variation of Proton Density Fat Fraction in the Liver Using Quantitative Chemical Shift Encoded MRI.
Whole-organ, noninvasive techniques for the detection and quantification of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease features have clinical and research applications. However, the effect of time of day, hydration status, and meals are unknown factors with potential to impact bias, precision, reproducibility, and repeatability of chemical shift-encoded MRI (CSE-MRI) to quantify liver proton density fat fraction (PDFF). ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:407-414.

Can clinical radiomics nomogram based on 3D multiparametric MRI features and clinical characteristics estimate early recurrence of pelvic chondrosarcoma?
Chondrosarcoma (CS) is the second most common primary malignant bone tumor, with a relatively high recurrence rate. However, an effective method that estimates whether pelvic CS will recur after surgery, which influences the formulation of a clinical treatment plan, remains lacking. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;51:435-445.
