Histogram Analysis Comparison of Monoexponential, Advanced Diffusion-Weighted Imaging, and Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI for Differentiating Borderline From Malignant Epithelial Ovarian Tumors.
The accurate preoperative differentiation between borderline and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors (BEOTs vs. MEOTs) is crucial for determining the proper surgical strategy and improving the patient's postoperative quality of life. Several diffusion and perfusion MRI technologies are valuable for the differentiation; however, which is the best remains unclear. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy Stage: 2 J. Magn. Reson. Improved quantification of myelin water fraction using joint sparsity of T2 * distribution.
Myelin water fraction (MWF) can be quantified with analysis of the T2 * distribution, whereas deducing the T2 * spectrum from several echoes is an underdetermined and ill-posed problem. ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;52:146-158.

Multiparametric MRI Evaluation of Liposomal Prostaglandins E1 Intervention on Hepatic Warm Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in Rabbits.
Liposomal prostaglandin E1 (Lipo-PGE1) treatment should protect against hepatic warm ischemia-reperfusion injury (WIRI). Improved methods are needed for the noninvasive evaluation of hepatic responses to prophylactic Lipo-PGE1 pretreatment approaches. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy Stage: 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;52:217-228.

High-Grade Soft-Tissue Sarcomas: Can Optimizing Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI Postprocessing Improve Prognostic Radiomics Models?
Heterogeneity on pretreatment dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE)-MRI of sarcomas may be prognostic, but the best technique to capture this characteristic remains unknown. ⋯ The initial DCE-MRI of STS contains prognostic information. It seems more relevant to make predictions on rRFs instead of pRFs. Evidence Level: 3 Technical Efficacy: 3 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2020;52:282-297.
