Randomized Controlled Trial Multicenter Study Comparative StudyAdditive value of diffusion-weighted MRI in the I-SPY 2 TRIAL.
The change in apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) measured from diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) has been shown to be predictive of pathologic complete response (pCR) for patients with locally invasive breast cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy Stage: 4 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:1742-1753.

Diffusion-Weighted MRI of Breast Cancer: Improved Lesion Visibility and Image Quality Using Synthetic b-Values.
Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is an MRI technique with the potential to serve as an unenhanced breast cancer detection tool. Synthetic b-values produce images with high diffusion weighting to suppress residual background signal, while avoiding additional measurement times and reducing artifacts. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:1754-1761.

MRI-Based Radiomics Signature for the Preoperative Prediction of Extracapsular Extension of Prostate Cancer.
Radiomics approaches based on multiparametric MRI (mp-MRI) have shown high accuracy in prostate cancer (PCa) management. However, there is a need to apply radiomics to the preoperative prediction of extracapsular extension (ECE). ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy Stage: 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:1914-1925.

Association of Glioma Grading With Inflow-Based Vascular-Space-Occupancy MRI: A Preliminary Study at 3T.
Inflow-based vascular-space-occupancy (iVASO) MRI is a noninvasive perfusion technique that does not require administration of exogenous contrast agents. Arteriolar cerebral blood volume (CBVa) obtained from iVASO MRI is hypothesized to be an indicator of tumor microvasculature. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:1817-1823.

A predictive nomogram for individualized recurrence stratification of bladder cancer using multiparametric MRI and clinical risk factors.
Preoperative prediction of bladder cancer (BCa) recurrence risk is critical for individualized clinical management of BCa patients. ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 3 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;50:1893-1904.
