Risk Stratification of Prostate Cancer Using the Combination of Histogram Analysis of Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Across Tumor Diffusion Volume and Clinical Information: A Pilot Study.
The effectiveness of quantitative MRI and clinical information in the risk stratification of prostate cancer (PCa) patients was evaluated separately in previous research; however, the differentiation power of combining quantitative MRI and clinical information has yet to be investigated. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:556-564.

Interreader agreement of PI-RADS v. 2 in assessing prostate cancer with multiparametric MRI: A study using whole-mount histology as the standard of reference.
Most studies assessing interreader agreement of Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System v. 2 (PI-RADS v2) have used biopsy as the standard of reference, thus carrying the risk of not definitively noting all existent cancers. ⋯ 2 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:546-555.

Convolutional Neural Network Using a Breast MRI Tumor Dataset Can Predict Oncotype Dx Recurrence Score.
Oncotype Dx is a validated genetic analysis that provides a recurrence score (RS) to quantitatively predict outcomes in patients who meet the criteria of estrogen receptor positive / human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative (ER+/HER2-)/node negative invasive breast carcinoma. Although effective, the test is invasive and expensive, which has motivated this investigation to determine the potential role of radiomics. ⋯ 4 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:518-524.

Radiomics analysis of apparent diffusion coefficient in cervical cancer: A preliminary study on histological grade evaluation.
The role of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)-based radiomics features in evaluating histopathological grade of cervical cancer is unresolved. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:280-290.

Assessment of a high-SNR chemical-shift-encoded MRI with complex reconstruction for proton density fat fraction (PDFF) estimation overall and in the low-fat range.
Improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of chemical-shift-encoded MRI acquisition with complex reconstruction (MRI-C) may improve the accuracy and precision of noninvasive proton density fat fraction (PDFF) quantification in patients with hepatic steatosis. ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 2 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019;49:229-238.
