Novel biparametric MRI and targeted biopsy improves risk stratification in men with a clinical suspicion of prostate cancer (IMPROD Trial).
To evaluate the role of a 3T biparametric magnetic resonance imaging (bpMRI), T2 -weighted imaging, and three separate diffusion-weighted imaging acquisitions combined with targeted biopsy (TB) for improving risk stratification of men with elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA). ⋯ 1 Technical Efficacy: Stage 5 J. Diffusion tensor imaging of the human calf: Variation of inter- and intramuscle-specific diffusion parameters.
To investigate to what extent inter- and intramuscular variations of diffusion parameters of human calf muscles can be explained by age, gender, muscle location, and body mass index (BMI) in a specific age group (20-35 years). ⋯ 3 Technical Efficacy: Stage 1 J.
