Psychosocial factors associated with frailty in the community-dwelling aged population with depression. A cross-sectional study.
There is a two-way relationship between frailty and depression, but the mechanisms by which one may influence the other are not well understood. The objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between psychosocial factors and frailty in community-dwelling aged populations with depression. ⋯ In depressed elderly subjects, frailty is associated with psychologiocal factors such as the intensity of depressive symptoms and with social factors such as education level, widowhood, loneliness, and limited social life. More research is required to better understand the modifiable psychological risk factors for frailty.

[Public Service Motivation of the professionals of the primary care centers: What is more important the environment or the perceived supervisor support?]
Explain the Public Service Motivation of health professionals based on (a) the social environment of their workplace and (b) the perceived supervisor support. ⋯ The perceived supervisor support has a significant influence on the Public Service Motivation of health professionals. However, the social environment does not affect this type of motivation.

[Impact of training on Motivational Interviewing (MI) for Family Physicians: Design and assessment of a Training Program (MOTIVA)].
To develop a training program in Motivational Interviewing for Family Physicians and assess the impact. ⋯ The MOTIVA Training Program improves Motivational Interviewing skills, significatively improving after a presential course and sequential keep-alive activities. The effectiveness of the Program has been proven in the Third and Fourth steps of Miller's Pyramid.

The current circumstances cause by the COVID-19 force primary care doctors to find out new ways to guarantee the health care of our type 2 diabetes patients. There is evidence that supports the remote consultation efficacy in the glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes. Facing the rapid adaptation of clinical practice to the remote consultation use, from de Diabetes Group of the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine (SemFyC), we have prepared a document embodied in a telematic action / monitoring algorithm in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes.
