[Adapting and validating a questionnaire to measure the self-care practices in healthy child population residing in Spain].
To adapt and validate the Child and Adolescent Self-Care Performance Questionnaire (CASPQ) to the context of healthy children aged 8 to 12years residing in Spain and evaluate their metric properties. ⋯ The CASPQ adapted to the healthy child population of 8 to 12years old shows appropriate metric properties and similar to those of the original questionnaire. Therefore, it is a useful tool to assess self-care practices and plan interventions aimed at its promotion.

We present a non-randomised trial to evaluate a continuous physiotherapy program versus a periodic one in overweight patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome.

The "insomnia complaint" currently has a very high prevalence in the medical consulting room. This assumes that any doctor must have some basic notions of how to approach it. ⋯ This will provide us with good tools for the correct collection of information, which will be of great help for the application of a clinical diagnostic algorithm of "Chronic adult Insomnia disorder". This will be able to differentiate it mainly from the rest of primary sleep disorders, and thus, apply a specific treatment, which will resolved on the basis of the "insomnia complaint" by the patient.

To evaluate improvements in the prescriptions for gonococcal infection after developing a specific public health intervention. Furthermore, to ascertain the proportion of cases diagnosed by culture and current antimicrobial resistance. ⋯ The interventions carried out implied an improvement in the adherence to the recommended treatment for gonococcal infection in Galicia.

To determine the perceptions and attitudes of the general practitioners (GP) towards consultations with great emotional component, initially called "sacred encounters", and to identify areas of improvement. ⋯ The attention to the emotional dimension in the encounters has deficiencies that need to be corrected. In addition to its recognition and evaluation, it would be necessary to modify the organisational, training and professional factors that determine the involvement of the GPs in their good health care.
