[Validation of the Spanish version of the Screening for Somatoform Symptoms-2 scale for use in Primary Care].
To study the diagnostic validity and to provide the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the Spanish version of the Screening for Somatoform Symptoms-2 (SOMS-2) scale in a PC population sample. ⋯ The Spanish version of the SOMS-2 seems to be a reliable screening tool, easy to complete and useful for the assessment of somatoform disorders in PC settings. The results for specificity, sensitivity, and internal consistency are similar to previous studies in other European languages.

[Chronic kidney disease in Primary Health Care: prevalence and associated risk factors].
To determine the prevalence of chronic kidney disease and associated risk factors in subjects over 60 years of age, as well as its staging by determining the glomerular filtration rate (GFR). ⋯ Chronic kidney disease has considerable prevalence in subjects≥60 years seen in Primary Health Care, more in women, and increasing with age. Hypertension, more than diabetes, was the main associated cardiovascular risk factor.

To know the expectations and user experiences of older Roma women with health services in primary care (PC). ⋯ Older Roma women set their expectations and experiences with health service in PC around the binomial disease/physician. Expect attention based on trust and a high instrumentalization. A speech with signs of change directed towards a more active and demanding participation in PC services is observed.

[The use of social healthcare resources and informal care characteristics care of immobilised homecare patients].
To describe the use of social healthcare resources by immobilised patients and informal care characteristics and the level/degree of satisfaction with home care services. ⋯ Musculoskeletal disorders is the main reason for immobilisation in home care patients. Most informal carers are older women. The length and intensity of care is high and the main support comes from healthcare professionals. Patients make limited use of social healthcare resources.

[Level of knowledge of antibiotics prescribed in outpatients].
The lack of patient knowledge about their medication is considered to be one of the main reasons for an inappropriate use. ⋯ The results show that there is a certain lack of information on the use of antibiotics by the study sample. Thes results could help to show the way to follow in future studies, targeted to meet the need of information.
