To explore the factors related to health-promoting lifestyles of the elderly based on social-ecosystem theory. ⋯ The health promotion lifestyle of the elderly in Hebei Province was at the lower limit of good level. Among them, exercise frequency, children's attention to the elderly health, and pre-retirement occupation played a major role in relation to the health-promoting lifestyle of the elderly. Hence, it needs the joint action of individuals, families, and society to promote the elderly to adopt the health promotion lifestyle and realize healthy aging.

To investigate the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy in a rural health basic area, and to establish the type, the severity degree and the relationship with sex and with another cardiovascular risk factors. ⋯ It is possible to do the ophthalmological follow-up of 82% of the population with diabetes in primary health care, involving its professionals and team-working with the ophthalmologists. It is paramount to consider diabetic retinopathy within the global context of the person with diabetes, relating diabetic retinopathy with the other microvascular complications and cardiovascular diseases.

In the healthcare sector, digital transformation should focus on improving health for all by accelerating the development and adoption of digital solutions. ⋯ Digital transformation in healthcare should include digital determinants of health as new factors of inequality alongside classic social determinants. Addressing digital determinants of health and the digital divide is essential to ensure that all people have access to the benefits of digital technology for their health and well-being.

[ADHEFAP: Clinical trial to evaluate an educational-behavioral telephone intervention by the primary care pharmacist to improve therapeutic adherence].
Evaluate the improvement in therapeutic adherence of an intervention based on telephone monitoring by the primary care pharmacist. ⋯ After a follow-up educational-behavioral telephone intervention in non-adherent patients by the primary care pharmacist, therapeutic adherence was improved statistically significantly in the intervention group compared with the control group.
