Urinary radiotracer excretion of 68Ga-Labelled prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) ligands may complicate the assessment of the prostate region and differentiation of lymph nodes from ureteral activity. The aim of this study was to assess the value of delayed imaging after forced diuresis. ⋯ • Forced diuresis can improve image quality in 68 Ga-PSMA I&T. • After forced diuresis, linear and focal visualization of ureters was reduced. • Timing of diuresis relative to 68 Ga-PSMA I&T injection is important. • Early furosemide co-injection with tracer resulted in deteriorated image quality on delayed images. • After delayed furosemide, image quality improved on delayed images.

To investigate different brain regions for grey (GM) and white matter (WM) damage in a well-defined cohort of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) patients and compare advanced MRI techniques (VBM, Subcortical and cortical analyses (Freesurfer), and DTI) for their ability to detect damage in NMOSD. ⋯ • The hypothesis of a widespread brain damage in NMOSD is challenged. • The optic radiation (OR) is the most severely affected region. • OR-affection is likely due to secondary degeneration following optic neuritis. • DTI is currently the most sensitive technique for NMOSD-related brain-damage detection. • DTI is currently the most reliable technique for NMOSD-related brain-damage detection.

Intravoxel incoherent motion MR imaging for breast lesions: comparison and correlation with pharmacokinetic evaluation from dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging.
To compare diagnostic performance for breast lesions by quantitative parameters derived from intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) and dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and to explore whether correlations exist between these parameters. ⋯ • IVIM provided diffusion as well as perfusion information • IVIM could help differential diagnosis of breast lesions • Correlations were found between perfusion-related parameters from IVIM and DCE MRI.

To assess the impact of the scout view orientation on radiation exposure and image quality in thoracoabdominal CT, when automated tube voltage selection (ATVS) and automated tube current modulation (ATCM) are used in combination with scan planning on a single scout view. ⋯ • The scout view orientation has a significant impact on the radiation exposure. • The scout view orientation has no clinically relevant impact on image quality. • A lateral scout view should be preferred with regard to radiation exposure.

Signal intensity change on unenhanced T1-weighted images in dentate nucleus following gadobenate dimeglumine in patients with and without previous multiple administrations of gadodiamide.
To evaluate the impact of previous administration of gadodiamide and neural tissue gadolinium deposition in patients who received gadobenate dimeglumine. ⋯ • Neural gadolinium deposition is associated with multiple administrations of less stable GBCAs. • Less stable GBCA effect on subsequent more stable GBCA administrations is undetermined. • Significant increase of DN/MCP was seen in patients with previous gadodiamide exposure. • RC DN/MCP showed a non-significant increase in patients who received previous gadodiamide. • Potentiating effects from prior gadodiamide on subsequent administered gadobenate dimeglumine may occur.
