Coronavirus disease 2019 has developed as a pandemic. Immunization with the introduction of vaccines against COVID-19 seems be the only way to end this pandemic. We report on a case of a kidney donor, who developed minimal change disease (MCD) within 4 days post-vaccination with the SARS-CoV-2 BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine (Pfizer/BioNTech). ⋯ We performed an ultrasound-guided percutaneous kidney biopsy and the final diagnosis was consistent with minimal change disease. Oral prednisolone was promptly initiated at a dosage of 1 mg/kg daily and complete remission was achieved 10 days later. More data about this rare appearance of de novo glomerular diseases after SARS-CoV-2 vaccination are emerging and should be interpreted rigorously.

Background: A prostatic utricle (PU) is an unusual pathology with most patients being asymptomatic. However, approximately 29% of patients may show lower urinary tract symptoms, recurrent urinary tract infections (UTI), postvoid dribbling, urethral discharge, epididymo-orchitis, stones, and secondary incontinence caused by urine trapping in the pouch and urinary retention. The standard treatment is through surgical resection, but it is only offered to patients with symptoms. ⋯ During laparoscopy, the PU was clearly distinguished from the bladder or other pelvic organs. An incidental finding of vas deferens crossover has rarely been reported. A combined cystoscopy and laparoscopy for PU resection is executable, safe, and valid in this patient population.

Multicenter Study
Three-Year Outcomes of Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration Treatment in Polish Therapeutic Programs.
Background and Objectives: Wet age-related macular degeneration (wAMD) is a chronic, progressive disease of the central part of the retina. Standard treatment for wAMD consists of multiple intravitreal injections of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs. The study goal was to evaluate the three-year effectiveness of wAMD treatment with aflibercept and ranibizumab as part of the therapeutic program in routine clinical practice. ⋯ After the first year, there was a significant difference in the distribution of the best corrected visual acuity according to the Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study protocol, with more frequent values in the ranges > 35 ≤ 70 for this parameter and > 70 letters in the treatment naïve eye subgroup. After the first year, central retinal thickness in treatment-naïve eyes was significantly reduced. Conclusions: Regular treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration as part of the treatment program achieves functional stabilization and significant morphological improvement over a long-term, three-year follow-up, with significantly fewer injections needed after the first year of treatment.

Background and Objectives: The extent of SARS-CoV-2 infection among a population may be assessed by the presence of serum SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, which indicates previous exposure. The aim of this study was to determine the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the adult population from Western Romania. Materials and Methods: Samples of 2443 consecutive individuals, referred for routine laboratory investigations, were tested for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies using the Elecsys immunoassay that targets the nucleocapsid protein, for identifying the presence of the total antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. ⋯ Conclusions: Our data revealed a high seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the adult population from Western Romania and indicate the rapid and significant spread of the virus. The estimated prevalence of 45.60% was 6 times higher than the rate of confirmed COVID-19 cases reported in the study area. This indicates the magnitude of virus transmission in the community.

Review Case Reports
Malignant Phyllodes Tumor of the Breast and Pregnancy: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review.
Phyllodes Tumor (PT) is a rare fibroepithelial breast tumor that can behave differently depending on its biologic features. Traditionally, PTs are classified by their histologic features into benign, borderline, and malignant. In most cases that were reported, all PTs may recur, but only the borderline and malignant PT can metastasize. ⋯ There are rare cases when a pathology exam needs further assessment and IHC is recommended for accurate diagnosis. Although malignant PT is rare and accounts for <1% of all breast cancers, the diagnosis and treatment that are recommended are based on the reported cases. Moreover, when complete surgical excision is achieved, the rates of recurrence and distant metastases are low, and adjuvant therapy might not be necessary.
