Background and Objectives; This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes and bone changes before and after intentional replantation (IR) for periodontally compromised teeth by using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Materials and Methods; Fourteen periodontally involved teeth were selected for IR. A preoperative orthodontic procedure was performed to apply luxation, and the tooth was then gently extracted. ⋯ CBCT analysis indicated an increase in bone height after IR (the amount of change: maxilla, 4.00; mandible, 1.95). Conclusions; A previous study reported that IR for periodontally involved teeth is quite limited. However, in this study, IR of periodontally compromised teeth showed favorable results in clinical and radiographic evaluations, suggesting that IR may be an alternative to extraction of teeth with periodontal disease.

Objective: In Lithuania, no comprehensive national research on statin utilization and trends has yet been undertaken. Nonetheless, this knowledge is critical for the healthcare system to identify key areas for development. We aimed to analyze trends in statin utilization in Lithuania from the past 12 years considering changes in reimbursement policies and the publication of updated international CVD prevention guidelines. ⋯ Polypill use in Lithuania began steadily increasing after 2016 and reached 19.37% of the total DDD/TID of statins in 2021. Conclusions: The use of statins has increased dramatically in Lithuania over the last decade. Changes in statin reimbursement regulations in the country, as well as worldwide cardiovascular preventive recommendations aiming at lower LDL-C objectives, fueled the progress.

Background and Objectives: Endovascular technologies have significantly improved the outcome of patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI). Drug eluting stents (DES) have documented their efficacy against percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and bare metal stents (BMS) in infrapopliteal arterial occlusive disease. However, late in-stent neoatherosclerosis may lead to vascular lumen loss and eventually thrombosis. ⋯ Conclusion: Stenting of infrapopliteal arteries with Cre8 is safe and feasible in patients with CLI and diabetes. All studies have shown very good primary patency and freedom from CD-TLR at 12 and 24 months. Larger observational prospective studies and randomized trials are necessary to establish long term effectiveness and clinical outcomes using the non-polymer Cre8 DES.

Background and Objectives: Healthcare workers are threatened by psychological well-being and mental health problems in disasters related to new infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, and this can also have a negative impact on health-related quality of life. Health-related quality of life of healthcare workers should not be neglected because it is closely related to patient safety. This study aimed to identify the relationship between mental health problems, psychological safety, sleep quality, and health-related quality of life of healthcare workers and factors that influence health-related quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic. ⋯ Conclusions: Health care workers need continuous and active monitoring of their health level and quality of life, as they are at a risk of increasing work burden and infection due to prolonged exposure to COVID-19 as well as mental health issues such as stress and depression. Additionally, at the individual level, active participation in various programs that can raise awareness of health-related quality of life along with physical health promotion activities should be encouraged. At the organizational level, it is necessary to prepare a compensation system, such as adjusting the workload of healthcare workers and ensuring break time; at the government level, disaster-related policies are needed to ensure a safe working environment for health care workers.

Review Case Reports
Adrenal Gland Primary Neuroblastoma in an Adult Patient: A Case Report and Literature Review.
Neuroblastoma (NB) is an undifferentiated malignant tumor of the sympathetic ganglia, occurring in children under 5 years of age. However, it is a rare histology in adult patients, occurring once per every 10 million patients per year. We present the case of a 68-year-old male patient presented to our department for right lumbar pain, asthenia, loss of weight and altered general status. ⋯ Minimally invasive techniques have been limited so far to smaller, organ-confined diseases, thus making the present case the largest adrenal NB removed entirely laparoscopically. Neuroblastoma in the adult population is a rare finding, with worse prognosis compared to pediatric patients. The available literature does not provide enough data for standardized, multimodal management, as the patients are treated following adapted pediatric protocols, thus reinforcing the need for international, multidisciplinary boards for rare tumors.
