Prevalence of Self Induced Abortion by Self-Administration of Abortive Pills among Abortion-related Admissions in a Tertiary Care Centre.
Each year, unsafe medical abortion costs the lives of thousands worldwide. Despite the legalization of abortion in Nepal in 2002, many still seek services from unauthorized sources. This has led to grave consequences including death. Our objective is to find out the prevalence of self-induced abortion by self-administration of abortive pills and related complications. ⋯ Medical abortion is safe if done under supervision but self-induced abortion by self-administration of abortion pills has a high complication rate. Therefore, further studies exploring a different dimension of the serious issue is the need of time.

Imposter syndrome is the fear of being discovered as an intellectual fraud. It is an internal experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be. It lowers a person's inner self-confidence, self-esteem that impedes work performance and this phenomenon is more prevalent among medical students. However, talking openly about it with peers, rooting positive thoughts, and building confidence help us to the appropriate reality of our situation and counter our negative self-talk.

Otorhinolaryngological and Ophthalmological Manifestations of COVID-19 in the Pediatric Population.
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 pandemic has affected several countries throughout the world. Being very contagious, it can affect any individual. So far, the prevalence of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 in children amongst the total infected population is very low, ranging from 1-5%. ⋯ Moreover, new modes of presentation are being reported apart from the classical tell-tale signs. In this scenario, medical professionals dealing with the children should be well aware of different modes of presentation of this disease in the pediatric population. This study thus aims to review otorhinolaryngological and ophthalmological manifestations in the pediatric population affected by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2.

Case ReportsTakayasu's Arteritis with Subcutaneous Nodules in a 4-year -old Child: A Case Report.
A 4-year-old girl who presented with pain in the abdomen, subcutaneous nodule, fever and was later diagnosed with Takayasu arteritis. Oral corticosteroid and methotrexate were started. Childhood TA should be kept in differential diagnosis when presented with subcutaneous nodules and increased acute phase reactants.

Hypocalcemia in Elderly Population in a Tertiary Care Hospital: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
As the medical facilities are improving, the life expectancy is increasing which has led to rapid rise in elderly population. The epidemiology of many diseases in elderly has been modified, including calcium imbalance. This study aims to know the prevalence of hypocalcemia in elderly population visiting a tertiary care center of Kathmandu. ⋯ The finding of present study suggests that hypocalcemia is common among elderly which can be life threatening. Therefore, regular monitoring of serum calcium is recommended for this age group.
