Quackery and fraud in dental practice, seen in many countries, is also rampant in Nepal, and they are unethical practices. There is a growing need for strict enforcement of government policy measures to eliminate quackery and fraudulent dental practice in Nepal. The government should mobilize all dental workforce (dental specialists, dentists, and dental auxiliaries) and aware of their responsibilities and limitations. This article presents a brief review showing some cases of malpractice in dentistry in Nepal.

Knowledge of Health Care Professionals and Medical Students Regarding Covid-19 in a Tertiary Care Hospital in Nepal.
The lack of knowledge among health care professionals leads to diagnostic delays, further spread of disease, and poor infection control practices. Health care professionals must be updated knowledge regarding COVID-19. This study aims to assess the knowledge of health care professionals regarding COVID -19 in a medical college in Chitwan. ⋯ The study of knowledge of health care professionals could act as a reference for the prevention and better management of COVID-19. This study shows that there is a need to implement periodic educational interventions and training programs on infection control practices for COVID-19 across all healthcare professions.

Case ReportsRupture of Non-communicating Rudimentary Horn Pregnancy at 15 Weeks with Previous Normal Pregnancies: A Case Report.
Rudimentary horn is a mullerian anomaly that is a variant of unicornuate uterus. Rudimentary horn pregnancies are rare and associated with increased maternal morbidity and mortality. Diagnosis of rudimentary horn pregnancy and its rupture in a woman with previous vaginal delivery is challenging. ⋯ We report a case of G3P2L2 at 15 weeks period of gestation referred to our centre as a case of intrauterine pregnancy with acute abdomen. She underwent emergency laparotomy and was found to have ruptured rudimentary horn intraoperatively. Excision of the ruptured rudimentary horn and ipsilateral salpingectomy was done and the patient had an uneventful postoperative recovery.

Case ReportsSimultaneous Bilateral Anterior Glenohumeral Joint Dislocation: A Case Report.
The unilateral glenohumeral dislocation is the most commonly encountered dislocation in our practices but the simultaneous bilateral dislocation is very rarely seen entity. It almost always occurs posteriorly. While simultaneous bilateral anterior dislocations present even very rare. ⋯ Patient complains of pain and deformity of both glenohumeral joints. Clinical and radiological findings revealed bilateral anterior glenohumeral joint dislocation. Close reduction under general anaesthesia was done and both shoulders were immobilized using shoulder immobilizer.

Case ReportsMechanical Thrombectomy for Basilar Artery Occlusion Stroke: A Case Report.
Posterior circulation strokes are potentially devastating events that carry a significant risk of morbidity and mortality. Acute basilar artery occlusion stroke is a rare posterior circulation stroke that needs emergent management. ⋯ It is possible to achieve excellent results with mechanical thrombectomy in acute basilar artery occlusion if timely diagnosis and reperfusion can be done. We are not aware of any previous publication from Nepal describing this technique in acute basilar artery occlusion.
