Case ReportsHead and Neck Cylindroma Masquerading as Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Case Report.
Cylindroma is an uncommon skin appendageal tumor encountered by otorhinolaryngologists in the head and neck. We present a case of a 70-year-old lady who presented with an ulcerative lesion in the pre auricular region. These appendageal tumours can mimic more sinister lesions like squamous cell carcinoma which might warrant overtreatment. This report highlights the importance of harbouring knowledge of these benign tumours in order to provide appropriate management.

Case ReportsA Five Years Old Child with Failure To Thrive and Vomiting Presenting as a Diagnostic Dilemma: A Case Report.
Vomiting with failure to thrive in older children is a diagnostic challenge due to the diversity in the diagnosis. We report a case of a five-years-old girl with failure to thrive, history of recurrent vomiting and intermittent colicky pain abdomen since 45 days of life. ⋯ Failure to thrive with malrotation of the gut in the older age group is rare in itself. As there are very few cases reported in this age group, so we undertook to report this case to increase the awareness of knowledge concerning the diagnosis and timely management to prevent the comorbidity of this condition.

Case ReportsManagement of the Thyroid Gland in Papillary Carcinoma of the Thyroglossal Cyst: A Case Report.
Carcinoma arising in a thyroglossal cyst is rare. We present a case of anterior neck swelling diagnosed to be thyroglossal cyst clinically which turns out to be a papillary carcinoma arising in thyroglossal cyst. ⋯ There is a paucity of clear-cut guidelines in the management of the thyroid gland in a thyroglossal cyst carcinoma. In thyroglossal cyst carcinoma cases, we recommend thyroidectomy only when there is a thyroid nodule with high-risk features.

Quarantine: A Period of Self-discovery and Motivation as Medical Student.
The ongoing nationwide lockdown due to the global pandemic COVID-19 started from March 24, 2020, in Nepal. Lots of medical students are in dilemma about how to utilize this time to make it more productive. ⋯ This difficult time demands resilience. This article focuses on some ideas to discover ourselves and develop resilience within us.

Case ReportsAnti-leucine-rich Glioma-inactivated-1 Encephalitis with Faciobrachial Dystonic Seizures and Behavioral Problems: A Case Report.
Anti-Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated-1 encephalitis is a subtype of autoimmune encephalitis characterized by cognitive impairment, faciobrachial dystonic seizures, and behavioural changes. There is no reported case from Nepal. ⋯ He was treated with steroids and intravenous immunoglobulin. Timely diagnosis is vital to prevent complications and improve outcomes.
