Case ReportsRadial Head Dislocation with Ipsilateral Proximal Shaft of Radius Fracture: A Case Report.
Radial head dislocations are uncommon in adults. They are commonly seen in children and are generally associated with proximal ulna fracture. ⋯ Due to the rarity of this complex injury, in the absence of keen observation and meticulous attention, the correct diagnosis might be missed leading to unsatisfactory management and related complications. Here, a similar case of radial head dislocation with associated proximal radial shaft fracture has been presented.

Case ReportsManagement of Neglected Post-traumatic Bilateral Facet Dislocation of Sub-axial Cervical Spine: A Case Series.
Neglected bilateral facet dislocation of the lower cervical spine is a rare condition and found mostly in developing countries like Nepal. Delayed presentation makes treatment more challenging concerning decompression, reduction, neurological recovery, and overall outcome. ⋯ All of those were treated surgically by combined anterior-posterioranterior approaches with the same principle. One patient had a complete neurological recovery, the second one recovered partially with few long-term complications and the third one did not improve at all.

Outcome of Cuffed Tunneled Dialysis Catheters for Hemodialysis Patients at a Tertiary Care Hospital: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Arteriovenous fistula is the most common vascular access for patients requiring hemodialysis, but it is not always possible or practical hence cuffed tunneled dialysis catheter comes into play. The aim of the study was to determine the outcome of cuffed tunneled dialysis catheter used for hemodialysis at a teaching hospital. ⋯ Cuffed tunneled dialysis catheter is effective for maintenance hemodialysis in patients with the end-stage renal disease if used with proper care during dialysis even in our setup. The results and outcomes of the procedure are at par with standards.

COVID-19 has rapidly emerged as a pandemic threatening lives and healthcare systems worldwide. With the emergence of the disease in Nepal, all faculties of medicine need to be well prepared to face the challenge. Fortunately, now plenty of research is available to facilitate our preparedness in the war against COVID-19. ⋯ The Nepal Radiologists' Association has proposed its guidelines which have been endorsed by the Nepal Medical Council. This article aims to summarize the role of imaging focusing on chest X-ray and Computed Tomography scan including the indications, specific findings, and important differentials. Imaging needs to be done taking necessary precautions, to minimize disease transmission, protect health care personnel, and preserve health care system functioning.
