Case ReportsRare Cause of Tension Pneumothorax: Hydatid Disease of Lung: A Case Report.
Lung is the second most common site of hydatid disease, after liver. Pleural involvement of hydatid disease can occur, and usually follows the rupture of a pulmonary or hepatic hydatid cyst into the pleural space. When a patient presents with tension pneumothorax, zoonotic infections, especially hydatid disease of the lung, also has to be considered especially in areas with high burden of the disease. We report a 31 years male patient presenting with tension pneumothorax due to rupture of hydatid cyst of lung.

Prevalence of Self-medication Practices for Oral Health Problems among Dental Patients in a dental college: A Descriptive Cross-sectional Study.
Self-medication means the use of medications for the treatment of any disease on their own, without consulting any healthcare professional. At times self-medication can be useful if practiced correctly by saving time and money, whereas disadvantages often occur due to lack of evaluation by trained medical professionals and delay ineffective treatment and can result in unnecessary expenses and drug dependence. This study was conducted to find out the self-medication behavior and its associated factors among patients visiting a dental hospital in Kathmandu. ⋯ The prevalence of self-medication was found to be low as compared to the study done in similar settings. Self-medication practice is a sensitive issue that hasn't been given the required consideration.

Case ReportsAnomalous Coronary Artery Variant of Common Origin from Right Coronary Cusp: A Case Report.
Coronary artery anomalies are rare congenital variants of coronary artery anatomy accounting second most common cause of sudden cardiac death in young competitive athletes. A single ostium coronary artery anomalous is an extremely rare variant with an incidence of less than 0.004%. They may present as chest pain, arrhythmia, or sudden death. ⋯ We reported a rare case of 50 years old lady who presented with acute chest pain with normal electrocardiography, echocardiography, and cardiac markers. Coronary Computed tomography angiography revealed anomalous coronary artery anatomy with both right and left coronary artery arising from the large common trunk of the right coronary cusp, left main coronary artery having trans-septal course, there was no flow-limiting coronary artery disease. She was medically managed with a single antiplatelet, beta-blocker, and statin therapy.

Triage, Surge Capacity, and Epidemic Emergency Unit: An experience from the 2019 dengue outbreak at a Tertiary Care Centre.
In September 2019, a dengue outbreak was observed in many non-endemic areas of Nepal. The emergency department of Patan Academy of Health Sciences also received febrile patients exceeding usual daily numbers. This surge of the patient was managed by epidemic triage and activation of surge capacity. ⋯ An observation ward adjacent to the emergency was used for the epidemic emergency unit. The febrile patients who were triaged yellow and green were treated in this unit. The patients who were triaged as Red were treated in the emergency department.
