ReviewPharmacological Treatment for the Management of COVID 19: A Narrative Review.
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infections is alarming worldwide incurring tremendous loss of life and possession. Individuals are facing a terrible pandemic condition in the absence of appropriate medicines and vaccines to combat SARS-CoV-2 infection. ⋯ Preliminary results on the efficacy of some existing anti-viral agents were found, however, promising data on effective treatment regimen for COVID 19 are yet to be obtained. This review examines various drugs and their mechanism of actions which are currently used in clinical trials or may be used to treat COVID-19 in the near future.

ReviewKawasaki Disease- Management Strategies Given Symptoms Overlap to COVID-19: A Review.
Kawasaki disease is an acute, self-limiting vasculitis in children. Early treatment is necessary to prevent cardiovascular complications. The acute phase of Kawasaki disease may present with hemodynamic instability. ⋯ This adds to the difficulties during the changed environment of COVID-19 for control and prevention. Missed diagnosis and early treatment of Kawasaki disease with immunoglobulin and aspirin results in the development of coronary artery aneurysm in up to 25% of cases, with grave consequences. Here, we briefly review the management of typical and atypical Kawasaki disease which has symptoms overlapping with the multisystem inflammatory disease as seen in COVID-19.

Esophageal cancer is diagnosed usually at a locally advanced stage. Surgery alone has less optimal results and a multimodality approach has been established as the standard of care for cII-III stages of esophageal cancer. ⋯ The major difference is the selection of induction treatment. Till the results of some ongoing trials become available, most of the evidences support neoadjuvant chemoradiation followed by surgery for squamous cell carcinoma and perioperative chemotherapy and surgery for adenocarcinoma.

Molar and incisor hypomineralization is a developmental defect that is systemic in origin that affects one or more than one permanent first molars, and is often associated with permanent incisors. It is usually characterized by well demarcated opacities and qualitative enamel defects caused by decreased inorganic enamel components, and reduced mineralization. It can cause esthetic, functional, psychological, and behavioral problems in children. ⋯ Multiple aspects of dental treatment for it are challenging, such as behavior management, difficulty in achieving adequate local anesthesia, tooth hypersensitivity, and retention of restorations. This review discusses the most important considerations pertaining to its prevalence, severity, etiology, differential diagnosis, and some of the challenges and treatment modalities applicable in young patients. Data is collected from PubMed, Medline, and Embase databases.

ReviewClinical Profile of COVID-19 in Children and Research Progress on Angiotensin-converting Enzyme 2: A Mini-review.
The cases of coronavirusdisease 2019 in children have been increasing with the ongoing pandemic. The finding suggests children have mild symptoms and a short course of the disease. Angiotensinconverting enzyme-2 mediates entry of the virus into the cell, the combination of virus and ACE2 leads to an increase in activity of angiotensin II, resulting in acute injury to lungs, myocardium and other organs. ⋯ The ACE2 plays an important role in the infection progression and clinical characteristics of COVID-19. Works on ACE2 and virus spike protein have future prospects of strategic information on prevention, management as well as vaccine development.
