Chemotherapy or liver transplantation for nonresectable liver metastases from colorectal cancer?
The primary objective was to compare overall survival (OS) in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) with nonresectable liver-only metastases treated by liver transplantation or chemotherapy. ⋯ Compared with chemotherapy, liver transplantation resulted in a marked increased OS in CRC patients with nonresectable liver-only metastases.

To examine the feasibility and outcomes of video-based peer feedback through social networking to facilitate robotic surgical skill acquisition. ⋯ Video-based peer feedback through social networking appears to be an effective paradigm for surgical education and accelerates the robotic surgery learning curve during simulation.

To describe the characteristics of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) with predominant involvement of the main pancreatic duct (MPD), analyzing predictors for survival and recurrence. ⋯ MD-IPMN is mainly intestinal-type and malignant. After resection, it has a very favorable prognosis, especially in the absence of macroscopic invasive carcinoma.
