Multicenter Study Clinical Trial
Combined Drainage and Protocolized Necrosectomy Through a Co-axial Lumen-Apposing Metal Stent for Pancreatic Walled-off Necrosis: A Prospective Multicenter Trial.
We evaluated a protocolized endoscopic necrosectomy approach with a lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) in patients with large symptomatic walled-off pancreatic necrosis (WON) comprising significant necrotic content, with or without infection. ⋯ Endoscopic ultrasound-guided drainage with protocolized endoscopic necrosectomy to treat large symptomatic or infected walled-off necrotic pancreatic collections was highly effective and safe. Clinicaltrials.-gov no: NCT03525808.

To develop a cryptoglandular Anal Fistula Core Outcome Set: a minimum set of outcomes that should be measured in all studies of cryptoglandular anal fistula treatment. ⋯ The final COS represents an international, multidisciplinary, patient-centered attempt to establish consistency in fistula research, with a substantial focus on patient priorities for treatment.

The aim of this study was to investigate the safety and survival benefits of portal vein and/or superior mesenteric vein (PV/SMV) resection with jejunal vein resection (JVR) for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). ⋯ PV/SMV resection with JVR can be safely performed and may provide satisfactory overall survival with the pre-and postoperative adjuvant therapy.

To evaluate the association of perioperative ctDNA dynamics on outcomes after hepatectomy for CLM. ⋯ Perioperative ctDNA dynamics are associated with survival, identify patients with high recurrence risk, and may be used to guide treatment decisions and surveillance after hepatectomy for patients with CLM.
