Meta AnalysisOpen nephroureterectomy compared to laparoscopic in upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma: A Meta-Analysis.
We performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the effects of open nephroureterectomy compared with laparoscopic nephroureterectomy on postoperative results in upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma subjects. ⋯ Laparoscopic nephroureterectomy in subjects with upper urinary tract urothelial carcinoma may have a longer operation time, shorter hospital stay, lower blood loss, transfusion need and overall complication compared with open nephroureterectomy. Further studies are required to validate these findings.

Meta AnalysisAssociation between hip and knee osteoarthritis with falls: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
To examine the association between hip and knee osteoarthritis (OA) and falls. Potentially relevant articles that examine the association between hip, knee, radiological, and self-reported OA and falls were retrieved from PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and Web of Science up until March of 2020. ⋯ Therefore, knee OA is a risk factor for falls which should be closely monitored.

The novel coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) illness and deaths, caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2, continue to increase. Multiple reports highlight the thromboembolic complications, such as pulmonary embolism (PE), in COVID-19. ⋯ This review summarises the current understanding of prevalence, pathophysiology, role of diagnostic imaging modalities, and management, including catheter-directed therapy for COVID-19 associated PE. It also describes infection control considerations for the radiology department while providing care for patients with COVID-19 associated PE.

Randomized Controlled TrialComparison of Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping Methods in the Treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome : A single blinded randomized controlled study.
The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of kinesio taping (KT) and dry needling (DN) in the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) of the trapezius muscle. ⋯ In the treatment of MPS, adding DN or KT to exercise programme may provide important contributions to the treatment.

Clinical significance of large unstained cell count in estimating the current activity of ANCA-associated vasculitis.
We investigated whether large unstained cell (LUC) count could estimate the current high activity according to Birmingham vasculitis activity score (BVAS) in patients with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) positive ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV). ⋯ LUC count was significantly correlated with the current BVAS and LUC count ≥ 15 mm3 could estimate the current high BVAS in patients with ANCA positive AAV.
