Multicenter StudyMechanisms and grading of nocturia: Results from a multicenter prospective study.
To identify the pathophysiological mechanisms of nocturia and the correlation of these mechanisms with nocturia severity. ⋯ Nocturia mechanisms may vary between mild and moderate to severe nocturia groups according to the present study. Nocturia grading with identification of subtypes may help for better standardisation of the diagnostic and treatment approaches as well as for the design of future clinical trials.

Long-term effects of perioperative briefing and debriefing on team climate: A mixed-method evaluation study.
To evaluate the long-term (5 years) effects of perioperative briefing and debriefing on team climate. We explored the barriers and facilitators of the performance of perioperative briefing and debriefing to explain its effects on team climate and to make recommendations for further improvement of surgical safety tools. ⋯ Although perioperative briefing and debriefing improve participative safety, the intervention will become more effective for maintaining team climate when teams are complete, irrelevant questions are substituted by customised ones and when there is a safer culture for feedback.

"Stay at Home, Protect the National Health Service, Save Lives": a cost benefit analysis of the lockdown in the United Kingdom.
The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed lives across the world. In the UK, a public health driven policy of population "lockdown" has had enormous personal and economic impact. ⋯ This suggests that the costs of continuing severe restrictions are so great relative to likely benefits in lives saved that a rapid easing in restrictions is now warranted.

The Perception of Jordanian Population Towards Concomitant Administration of Food, Beverages and Herbs with Drugs and Their Possible Interactions: A Cross Sectional Study.
Many people are used to administering their drugs with food, beverages or herbs. These substances may contain chemicals that interfere with the prescribed drugs and could potentially lead to changes in their efficacy or safety, and could result in alterations in their pharmacokinetic properties. ⋯ Jordanians have a positive perception towards herbs and their ability to treat diseases. However, their knowledge about food/beverage-drug interactions was poor. There is therefore a need to enhance the community awareness of food/beverage/herb-drug interactions.

Identifying the predictors of estimated glomerular filtration rate after partial nephrectomy with a nonlinear regression model.
To evaluate the effect of partial nephrectomy on renal function and to identify predictors of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at 6 months after partial nephrectomy. ⋯ Baseline eGFR values, tumour size, and presence of hypertension are significant predictors of eGFR values in the mid-term in patients undergoing partial nephrectomy.
